[00:02.160 --> 00:06.080] If you've been following me, you know the medical industry narrative concerning cholesterol [00:06.080 --> 00:10.720] has been collapsing for some time now under the weight of research showing the long-standing [00:10.720 --> 00:15.360] narrative from which the medical industry has made trillions of dollars and needlessly [00:15.360 --> 00:19.920] killed tens of millions of people along the way was never factual. [00:19.920 --> 00:23.440] Two crucial studies concerning cholesterol have just been released and, compared to one [00:23.440 --> 00:26.940] another, giving us a truly unique look at cholesterol. [00:26.940 --> 00:30.820] To be frank, these studies should not be providing unique insight. [00:30.820 --> 00:35.820] These studies should have been and could have been done decades ago, but weren't. [00:35.820 --> 00:39.460] They weren't done because those at the top of the medical industry food chain knew what [00:39.460 --> 00:41.120] the results would be. [00:41.120 --> 00:45.780] They chose to avoid providing you with the facts so they could keep making trillions [00:45.780 --> 00:48.780] of dollars from needlessly sick Americans. [00:48.780 --> 00:51.900] The truth eventually gets out and we're going to look at a very meaningful part of that [00:51.900 --> 00:52.900] truth today. [00:57.940 --> 01:01.100] The Dr. Reality Vodcast with Dave Champion. [01:09.100 --> 01:10.100] Let's start with this. [01:10.100 --> 01:14.180] I'm the author of Body Science, a groundbreaking book on human physiology. [01:14.180 --> 01:17.820] The research results you're going to hear today validate what I've been telling you [01:17.820 --> 01:20.180] in body science for years. [01:20.180 --> 01:24.380] In body science, I discuss that the medical industry and the government health agencies [01:24.380 --> 01:28.940] like the National Institutes of Health will never fund research that would significantly [01:28.940 --> 01:33.420] undermine the profits of the medical industry, even if that research would save millions [01:33.420 --> 01:35.140] of American lives. [01:35.140 --> 01:40.140] There is a very close symbiotic relationship between big med and big pharma. [01:40.140 --> 01:45.040] In other words, what hurts big med would also hurt big pharma and big pharma controls the [01:45.040 --> 01:47.600] National Institutes of Health and the FDA. [01:47.600 --> 01:53.220] If you aren't certain what I mean by that, look up the phrase regulatory capture. [01:53.220 --> 01:57.260] I share that with you to make the point that the research you're going to hear about today [01:57.260 --> 02:04.020] has been done and is being done by private citizens with private funding, in one case [02:04.020 --> 02:06.140] by crowdfunding. [02:06.140 --> 02:08.100] That's where we're at in the US. [02:08.100 --> 02:12.020] If the American people want the truth, the American people have to pay for research themselves [02:12.020 --> 02:17.060] out of pocket because after Americans pay trillions of dollars in taxes to the federal [02:17.060 --> 02:21.900] government each year, the government agency, those taxes fund knowingly, willfully and [02:21.900 --> 02:25.980] intentionally withhold critical science from you. [02:25.980 --> 02:29.340] It would not be a stretch to say that when it comes to the National Institutes of Health [02:29.340 --> 02:34.300] and other so-called health agencies, your tax dollars are not being used for you but [02:34.300 --> 02:35.300] against you. [02:35.300 --> 02:37.420] We'll circle back to that in a little bit. [02:37.420 --> 02:40.060] I'm not going to provide you with all the study details today. [02:40.060 --> 02:44.100] I'll put links to two videos in the notes from which you can get more details if you're [02:44.100 --> 02:45.100] inclined. [02:45.100 --> 02:48.800] Today, I'm simply going to make you aware of the key elements and the conclusions to [02:48.800 --> 02:51.500] which I believe those elements lead us. [02:51.500 --> 02:55.900] Today's information involves analysis of key points from two studies, the lean mass [02:55.900 --> 02:59.460] hyper responder study and the Miami heart study. [02:59.460 --> 03:03.420] Since one of the studies looks at people referred to as lean mass hyper responders, what is [03:03.420 --> 03:06.060] a lean mass hyper responder? [03:06.060 --> 03:12.580] Lean mass hyper responder is a specific defined subset of people living in ketosis. [03:12.580 --> 03:17.480] The phenotype characteristics that define a lean mass hyper responder are the following. [03:17.480 --> 03:19.660] The person is in ketosis. [03:19.660 --> 03:25.180] As LDL cholesterol at or above 200 milligrams per deciliter, HDL cholesterol at or above [03:25.180 --> 03:31.140] 800 milligrams per deciliter, and triglycerides at or below 70 milligrams per deciliter. [03:31.140 --> 03:36.540] The lean mass hyper responder study is looking at 100 people who are lean mass hyper responders [03:36.540 --> 03:39.740] or borderline lean mass hyper responders. [03:39.740 --> 03:44.180] It is being conducted by the Citizen Science Foundation, founded by Dave Feldman. [03:44.180 --> 03:48.140] I discussed Dave and his incredible work in body science. [03:48.140 --> 03:53.640] The lean mass hyper responder study uses coronary computed tomography and geography technology, [03:53.640 --> 04:01.020] no more commonly as CCTA, to assess the accumulation or lack thereof, both soft and calcified plaque [04:01.020 --> 04:02.780] in coronary arteries. [04:02.780 --> 04:07.020] The Miami heart study was conducted by the Lindquist Institute with the principal investigator [04:07.020 --> 04:12.740] being Matthew Budoff, MD, and use the same technology to measure arterial plaque. [04:12.740 --> 04:17.340] In other words, we've got two studies, both of which are using CCTA to assess coronary [04:17.340 --> 04:20.360] artery plaque in two different cohorts. [04:20.360 --> 04:23.460] The main point of comparing these studies is to bring your attention to bear upon the [04:23.460 --> 04:29.260] medical industry dogma that high LDL cholesterol results in atherosclerosis, more commonly [04:29.260 --> 04:30.620] referred to as heart disease. [04:30.620 --> 04:36.060] 80 of the participants in the lean mass hyper responder study were a match with 80 of the [04:36.060 --> 04:39.800] Miami heart study participants for age, gender, and race. [04:39.800 --> 04:41.900] So we understand the comparative analysis. [04:41.900 --> 04:46.980] Let's take a quick look at the mean average of the number for participants in each cohort. [04:46.980 --> 04:51.820] The mean average in the lean mass hyper responder study looked like this, LDL cholesterol of [04:51.820 --> 04:58.520] 272, 55 years of age, time in ketosis was 4.7 years. [04:58.520 --> 05:04.580] The mean average for the Miami heart study participants were LDL cholesterol of 123 and [05:04.580 --> 05:06.260] 55 years of age. [05:06.260 --> 05:09.320] So what is the outcome I want you to know about? [05:09.320 --> 05:14.680] The 80 participants in the lean mass hyper responder group with LDL cholesterol of 272 [05:14.680 --> 05:21.520] for almost five years had a slightly lower total plaque score than did the Miami participants [05:21.520 --> 05:24.240] with LDL cholesterol of 123. [05:24.240 --> 05:29.860] In other words, the cohort with a 220% increase in LDL-C over the Miami group for almost five [05:29.860 --> 05:34.640] years had a lower CCTA score than the group with what the medical industry would consider [05:34.640 --> 05:37.360] an optimal LDL-C level. [05:37.360 --> 05:39.800] So what does this mean? [05:39.800 --> 05:43.440] Does it mean that everyone should ignore high LDL cholesterol? [05:43.440 --> 05:44.440] Absolutely not. [05:44.440 --> 05:48.520] The qualifiers in this comparison that prevent broad implications are that the lean mass [05:48.520 --> 05:53.720] hyper responder study is looking at not only a tiny subset of the American population, [05:53.720 --> 05:57.160] but even a small subset of those living in ketosis. [05:57.160 --> 06:02.240] In short, one could argue that this comparison is comparing apples and oranges. [06:02.240 --> 06:08.760] And while that's true, to dismiss the comparison on that basis is to foolishly miss the point. [06:08.760 --> 06:13.840] Donald Rumsfeld famously said, you go to war with the army you have, not the army you may [06:13.840 --> 06:15.400] want to have. [06:15.400 --> 06:20.360] Likewise, in this situation, after decades of billion-dollar enterprises refusing to [06:20.360 --> 06:24.640] perform these kinds of studies because they know what the outcome will be and they don't [06:24.640 --> 06:29.200] want you to know, today private researchers are performing this kind of analysis using [06:29.200 --> 06:32.700] the data we have, not data we wish we had. [06:32.700 --> 06:37.480] When Dave Feldman envisioned doing this first-of-its-kind study, it made sense to start with a group [06:37.480 --> 06:42.480] that is strongly identifiable by its slipping characteristics that are not remotely close [06:42.480 --> 06:47.840] to that of the average American and far beyond anything the medical industry considers safe. [06:47.840 --> 06:54.040] In fact, medical industry dogma says that if you have LDLC in the 270 range, you will [06:54.040 --> 06:56.720] have plaque buildup in your coronary arteries. [06:56.720 --> 07:01.720] That dogma does not take into account whether a body is in glucose or ketosis, which is [07:01.720 --> 07:06.480] insane because the difference between glucose and ketosis is like the difference between [07:06.480 --> 07:10.800] a car that runs on gasoline and one that runs on electricity. [07:10.800 --> 07:15.900] Both cars have four wheels, just like both groups of study participants have two legs, [07:15.900 --> 07:19.640] but the source of energy for each group is completely different. [07:19.640 --> 07:23.360] What this comparison demonstrates is that the medical industry's cholesterol dogma [07:23.360 --> 07:29.040] is not universal, which is the way they have applied it for the last 60 years. [07:29.040 --> 07:34.400] It also demonstrates that the dogma doesn't just fail in cases where LDLC is somewhat [07:34.400 --> 07:40.180] higher than a cardiologist would find acceptable, but it fails in cases where LDLC is, by medical [07:40.180 --> 07:44.140] industry standards, astronomically high. [07:44.140 --> 07:48.420] In time, I have every confidence Dave Feldman and his team of researchers will run studies [07:48.420 --> 07:53.460] that give them the ability to make the same comparisons not just between lean mass hyperresponders [07:53.460 --> 07:59.420] and people in glucose, but between all ketoseins and the masses who live in glucose. [07:59.420 --> 08:06.260] Make no mistake, that is a comparison big med, big pharma, and big food fear, like vampires [08:06.260 --> 08:08.140] fear a wooden stake through the heart. [08:08.140 --> 08:13.780] A comparison between average ketoseins and the masses who live in glucose will demonstrate [08:13.780 --> 08:20.740] beyond a shadow of a doubt that high cholesterol is a risk factor for atherosclerosis only [08:20.740 --> 08:22.860] for those in glucose. [08:22.860 --> 08:26.420] Who in their right mind would want to live in glucose and almost certainly get coronary [08:26.420 --> 08:30.300] artery disease when they can live in ketosis and never get it? [08:30.300 --> 08:35.260] Further, with living in ketosis comes an end to chronic diseases such as metabolic disease, [08:36.140 --> 08:40.540] insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer's, and obesity. [08:40.540 --> 08:46.620] Perhaps you can see why big med, big pharma, and big food are terrified of ketosis. [08:46.620 --> 08:52.460] It essentially means financial devastation for them because Americans would all be healthy. [08:52.460 --> 08:55.900] Studies coming down the road from Feldman and his team will almost certainly be looking [08:55.900 --> 09:01.340] at all-cause mortality between ketoseins and those in the toxic state of glucose. [09:01.340 --> 09:06.060] Then will come the studies concerning the prevalence of diseases such as type 2 diabetes. [09:06.060 --> 09:12.220] The most current stats on type 2 are from 2019, which is appalling, and show that 11 [09:12.220 --> 09:15.100] out of every 100 Americans are diabetic. [09:15.100 --> 09:21.420] I speculate that here in the last month of 2023, between diagnosed and undiagnosed diabetes, [09:21.420 --> 09:25.140] the number is probably 15 out of 100. [09:25.140 --> 09:32.340] In the 1970s, Dr. Joseph R. Kraft used a specialized testing protocol and found an abnormal insulin [09:32.340 --> 09:38.260] response pattern that indicated advancement towards diabetes years before the disease [09:38.260 --> 09:39.820] was diagnosed. [09:39.820 --> 09:46.420] In 1975, Dr. Kraft found that 75% of Americans were on the path to diabetes. [09:46.420 --> 09:52.980] If it was 75% in 1975, what might it be in 2024? [09:52.980 --> 09:55.460] I'd guess in the range of 95%. [09:55.460 --> 09:58.260] You can read about Dr. Kraft's work in body science. [09:58.260 --> 10:02.980] I should also mention that even today, the medical industry does not offer patients access [10:02.980 --> 10:06.840] to Dr. Kraft's specialized testing protocol. [10:06.840 --> 10:07.840] Why would they? [10:07.840 --> 10:11.880] To inform people years beforehand that they are eating in such a way that they will become [10:11.880 --> 10:16.380] obese and get diabetes might cause them to adjust their eating habits and lifestyles [10:16.380 --> 10:20.720] to ensure they don't wind up with obesity and diabetes. [10:20.720 --> 10:25.620] So many other diseases flow from being obese and having diabetes that the medical industry [10:25.620 --> 10:30.320] would be depriving itself of a shit ton of revenue if people were told years ahead of [10:30.320 --> 10:36.440] time that they were already on the path to a diseased state and needed to make changes. [10:36.440 --> 10:43.080] Remember, if everyone was healthy, Big Med and Big Pharma would be financially ruined. [10:43.080 --> 10:47.740] Big Med and Big Pharma are comprised of innumerable publicly traded corporations. [10:47.740 --> 10:52.600] The executives of those corporations have a fiduciary duty to their shareholders to [10:52.600 --> 10:55.420] keep growing its revenue. [10:55.420 --> 10:58.860] If the way to do that is to make the American people sicker and sicker, then that's what [10:58.860 --> 11:00.720] they are required to do. [11:00.720 --> 11:05.360] To not do so would be a breach of their fiduciary duty. [11:05.360 --> 11:06.720] Think about that. [11:06.720 --> 11:10.280] Thanks to people like Dave Feldman, down the road we'll see conclusive evidence that while [11:10.280 --> 11:16.960] people in glucose continue to get sicker and sicker, people in ketosis don't get any of [11:16.960 --> 11:22.060] the diseases that have become obscenely prevalent in the 20th and 21st centuries. [11:22.060 --> 11:26.980] I think it's important to note that what Dave is doing is providing science-based evidence [11:26.980 --> 11:33.460] that must, in time, compel the medical industry to abandon its false dogmas. [11:33.460 --> 11:34.860] Here's an analogy. [11:34.860 --> 11:40.100] The medical industry has been saying for decades that the sun rises in the west and it has [11:40.100 --> 11:43.060] no intention of changing that false dogma. [11:43.060 --> 11:48.280] Dave Feldman is providing scientific evidence that the sun rises in the east, so the medical [11:48.280 --> 11:52.840] industry will, at some point, have to change its dogma. [11:52.840 --> 11:56.260] While everyone can see with their own eyes that the sun rises in the east, not everyone [11:56.260 --> 12:02.200] can see that glucose is the toxic state that establishes fertile ground for so many diseases [12:02.200 --> 12:06.040] and ketosis is the healthy state that prevents those diseases. [12:06.040 --> 12:10.920] Years ago, when I looked at glucose and ketosis, the physiological realities were as clear [12:11.340 --> 12:14.260] to me as it is to you that the sun rises in the east. [12:14.260 --> 12:19.940] The physiological realities of glucose versus ketosis were as clear to me as that 2 plus [12:19.940 --> 12:21.480] 2 equals 4. [12:21.480 --> 12:24.820] That's because I understand how human physiology works. [12:24.820 --> 12:29.420] Not the establishment narrative about how it works, but the reality of how it works. [12:29.420 --> 12:33.460] What Dave Feldman and his team are doing is fantastic. [12:33.460 --> 12:37.960] But you don't need to wait years for a plethora of scientific studies to be completed to know [12:38.260 --> 12:42.500] and understand the physiological differences between glucose and ketosis. [12:42.500 --> 12:47.900] You can get all the fascinating and life-changing science about ketosis, why it is the polar [12:47.900 --> 12:53.300] opposite of glucose, and why it produces amazing health simply by reading body science, [12:53.300 --> 12:56.380] which has never gotten less than a five-star review. [12:56.380 --> 13:02.540] You can get body science by going to drreality.news. [13:02.540 --> 13:06.940] If you're viewing this in the weeks leading up to Christmas 2023, I'm running a holiday [13:06.940 --> 13:07.940] special. [13:07.940 --> 13:12.480] If you purchase body science and Income Tax Shattering the Mist together, or the four-pack, [13:12.480 --> 13:18.040] and use the code GETTHETRUTH at checkout, I'll personally inscribe and autograph your [13:18.040 --> 13:20.800] books as well as pick up the shipping. [13:20.800 --> 13:25.240] With shipping rates having gone through the roof, free shipping saves you roughly 15 percent [13:25.240 --> 13:29.560] off the everyday cost, and your books will be inscribed and autographed. [13:29.560 --> 13:33.040] I'm not going to go into the details of Income Tax Shattering the Mist today, but I will [13:33.040 --> 13:34.040] say this. [13:34.040 --> 13:38.000] Earlier I mentioned that your tax dollars are funding so-called health agencies, but [13:38.000 --> 13:42.880] all those federal agencies are doing is promoting false narratives to make Americans sick in [13:42.880 --> 13:47.600] order to keep the revenue rolling into Big Med, Big Pharma, and Big Food. [13:47.600 --> 13:51.680] If you've ever wondered whether the income tax has been imposed on ordinary working Americans [13:51.680 --> 13:57.320] like you, the answer is a resounding and incontrovertible NO. [13:57.320 --> 14:01.160] The only difference between those who know that's a hardcore fact and those who still [14:01.160 --> 14:05.520] believe the establishment narrative is those who know the truth took the time to read Income [14:05.520 --> 14:07.640] Tax Shattering the Mist. [14:07.640 --> 14:13.360] Once you know the truth, you can decide what you want to do about it, including safely [14:13.360 --> 14:17.120] walking away from the scam and keeping 100 percent of your earnings, if that appeals [14:17.120 --> 14:18.120] to you. [14:18.120 --> 14:23.320] But first, you have to know the truth to the bottom of your soul. [14:23.320 --> 14:25.680] Income Tax Shattering the Mist does that for you. [14:25.680 --> 14:28.880] And no matter what you eventually choose to do, Income Tax Shattering the Mist will be [14:28.880 --> 14:32.400] one of the most fascinating books you will ever read in your life. [14:32.400 --> 14:34.320] You have my word on that. [14:34.320 --> 14:38.320] Please share this video everywhere you can so others can discover the truth. [14:38.320 --> 14:40.560] Have a wonderful holiday and thank you for being here.
