On December 21st, 2023, The Washington Post ran a story with the headline, [00:07.680 --> 00:16.240] colon cancer is rising in young Americans. It's not clear why. Let me be clear. That claim is just [00:16.240 --> 00:22.080] more of the establishment's flim-flam that has made the U.S. population the sickest people in [00:22.080 --> 00:27.280] all of human history. I'm going to straighten that out for you right now. [00:43.760 --> 00:48.560] Let's start with this. I'm the author of Body Science, a groundbreaking book on human [00:48.560 --> 00:54.160] physiology that gives people the knowledge to avoid a long list of diseases, including [00:54.160 --> 01:00.800] colorectal cancer. And if you are unaware, colorectal cancer is the second most deadly [01:00.800 --> 01:06.400] form of cancer. When we consider the deadly nature of colon cancer, the fact that cases are [01:06.400 --> 01:10.640] increasing and colon cancer is striking people at younger ages than ever before, [01:11.680 --> 01:17.040] why is the establishment lying to you? The reason is that the lies the establishment [01:17.040 --> 01:22.880] has been telling you for 40 years are the reason the number of colon cancer cases have been steadily [01:22.880 --> 01:28.880] growing. Let me share some statistics with you. The very first medical paper on colorectal cancer [01:28.880 --> 01:35.680] was published in 1913. However, the family being followed for that research had a genetic condition [01:35.680 --> 01:40.800] later given the name Lynch syndrome. In other words, for most of U.S. history and well into [01:40.800 --> 01:46.640] the 20th century, colorectal cancer unrelated to genetic predisposition was virtually unknown. [01:47.280 --> 01:54.000] A study published in September 2022 provided the following numbers. For rectal and rectal [01:54.000 --> 02:01.440] sigmoid cancer in the age group of 20 to 34 years, there was a 34.7 percent increase in cases from [02:01.440 --> 02:12.160] 2001 to 2011 with a projected increase of 52.1 from 2022 to 2030. In the age group of 35 to 49 [02:12.160 --> 02:19.440] years, a similar trend was observed reaching a 37.2 percent increase from 2001 to 2011 with an [02:19.440 --> 02:28.560] estimated increase of more than 56 percent for the period of 2022 to 2030. A 36 percent increase [02:28.560 --> 02:36.800] over a decade with another 56 percent increase expected in the following eight years. The [02:36.800 --> 02:42.320] following statement is from a 2020 meta-analysis published on NIH's website, quote, [02:42.320 --> 02:46.800] the growing proportion of obese children and adolescents and the increasing proportion of [02:46.800 --> 02:51.840] young and obese patients with colorectal cancer suggests an association between metabolic [02:51.840 --> 02:59.680] dysfunction and carcinogenesis. That brings to mind the old expression no shit, Sherlock. [02:59.680 --> 03:04.480] Yet colorectal cancer is not exclusively the result of metabolic dysfunction. There are [03:04.560 --> 03:10.560] other factors in play. Before I get into that, let me clear up some establishment propaganda. [03:10.560 --> 03:17.680] Colorectal cancer has nothing to do with eating red meat or processed meats. That nonsense is [03:17.680 --> 03:23.360] just part of the establishment's anti-meat agenda, which is 100 percent political having [03:24.160 --> 03:30.640] nothing to do with science. If we focus on science, what is the cause of the distressing [03:30.640 --> 03:35.680] increase in colorectal cancer? As mentioned a moment ago, one causes metabolic dysfunction, [03:35.680 --> 03:41.680] which we'll circle back to shortly. Let me read a bit to you from body science, quote, [03:42.560 --> 03:48.480] researchers have known since the mid-1970s that high consumption of polyunsaturated fats [03:48.480 --> 03:55.440] in the form of vegetable oil increased the odds of getting colon cancer 300 percent and all other [03:55.440 --> 04:02.400] forms of cancer by 200 percent. I put vegetable oil in quotation marks because it isn't [04:02.960 --> 04:08.800] vegetable oil. What is dishonestly pitched to you as vegetable oil is actually industrially [04:08.800 --> 04:14.400] processed oil from nuts, seeds, and grains. The extraction of oil from nuts, seeds, and grains [04:14.400 --> 04:20.640] only became possible via the industrial technology at the turn of the 20th century. If the trajectory [04:20.640 --> 04:28.400] of increase in colon and rectal cancer observed from 1975 to 2010 remains constant moving forward, [04:28.400 --> 04:34.480] researchers at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center tell us to expect a 90 percent [04:34.480 --> 04:42.480] increase in colon cancer in people ages 20 to 34 and 124 percent increase in rectal cancer by 2030. [04:44.400 --> 04:49.600] If you've been following me, you know the claim made since the early 1960s that saturated fat [04:49.600 --> 04:57.760] causes heart disease was and remains a blatant lie. Using myself as an example of the physiological [04:57.760 --> 05:05.680] truth, I'm 64 years old. I eat roughly 230 grams of dietary fat every day and half for years. And [05:05.680 --> 05:13.360] since I eat carnivore style, much of my dietary fat is saturated fat. To put my 230 grams a day [05:13.360 --> 05:19.600] into context of current recommended levels of saturated fat, the UK National Health Service [05:19.600 --> 05:25.920] recommends no more than 20 grams a day. Given my daily calorie intake, the American Heart Association [05:25.920 --> 05:31.680] would have me eat no more than 18 grams. Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, [05:31.680 --> 05:36.160] more commonly known simply as Harvard Health, recommends I eat no more than 30 grams. [05:36.800 --> 05:41.680] I should mention that if you want to get heart disease and die decades earlier than otherwise [05:41.680 --> 05:46.720] would be the case, all you need to do is follow the advice of the American Heart Association or [05:46.720 --> 05:52.160] Harvard Health. Both are nothing but mouthpieces for big med and big pharma, which of course only [05:52.160 --> 05:58.960] reap billions of dollars in annual revenue if you're sick. So what happens if you ignore the [05:58.960 --> 06:05.840] advice of those establishment shills and consume 230 grams of fat a day? As do I. One good indicator [06:05.920 --> 06:14.080] is to have a coronary artery calcium scan, CAC for short. What was my recent CAC score? It was [06:14.800 --> 06:21.520] a big fat zero. In short, I don't have coronary artery disease. If the establishment narrative [06:21.520 --> 06:27.840] was true, it would be impossible for me to eat 230 grams a day of dietary fat from animal sources [06:27.840 --> 06:35.280] for years and not have heart disease. But I don't have heart disease and neither do other carnivores. [06:35.840 --> 06:42.480] Why? Because the establishment narrative is a lie. Millions of people eating carnivore style [06:42.480 --> 06:49.440] for years without ever getting heart disease is incontrovertible evidence. The saturated fat [06:49.440 --> 06:56.880] narrative is and always has been false. Before I continue, please take a moment to subscribe [06:56.880 --> 07:01.680] and hit the like button. When you do that, the platform will show this video to more people. [07:01.760 --> 07:07.520] Thank you for helping spread the truth. Since roughly the 1970s, the establishment, which in [07:07.520 --> 07:12.480] this matter includes the U.S. government, the medical industry, the processed food industry, [07:12.480 --> 07:18.960] and the media, has been inundating the American people with a saturated fat lie. Part of that [07:18.960 --> 07:22.880] propaganda was telling you that to avoid heart disease, you needed to switch from consuming [07:22.880 --> 07:28.880] saturated fat to consuming vegetable oil, which as you just heard is oil extracted from nuts, [07:28.880 --> 07:35.040] seeds, and grains. Nuts, seed, and grain oils are not saturated fat. They are overwhelmingly [07:35.040 --> 07:41.520] unsaturated fat. And what did you learn just a moment ago when I read from body science? Right, [07:41.520 --> 07:46.800] that researchers have known since the mid-70s that high consumption of polyunsaturated fats [07:46.800 --> 07:51.680] increased the odds of getting colon cancer 300% and all other forms of cancer by 200%. [07:52.640 --> 07:59.920] Stated more pointedly, while researchers already knew polyunsaturated fats dramatically increased [07:59.920 --> 08:06.160] the incidence of colon cancer and other forms of cancer, the establishment has spent billions of [08:06.160 --> 08:12.240] dollars telling you that consuming a substance known to promote cancer was the way for you to [08:12.240 --> 08:18.720] remain healthy. Some nutritional researchers are now making the argument that most chronic diseases [08:18.720 --> 08:23.920] we've attributed to things like sugar and high glycemic carbs are actually caused by high [08:23.920 --> 08:28.880] consumption levels of nuts, seed, and grain oil, which significantly increases a person's level of [08:28.880 --> 08:35.120] omega-6 fatty acids. In short, these researchers believe consumption of nuts, seeds, and grain oil [08:35.120 --> 08:41.280] is the true underlying cause of the metabolic dysfunction that then leads to a long list of [08:41.280 --> 08:48.000] chronic diseases, including obesity, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. But the issue isn't just the [08:48.080 --> 08:54.480] nuts, seed, and grain oils people buy from the grocery store. The processed food industry uses [08:54.480 --> 09:02.000] the commercial version of the same polyunsaturated oils in virtually everything they make. So, [09:02.960 --> 09:09.600] how can the establishment now tell you the truth? If they did, it would sound something like this. [09:10.320 --> 09:15.520] We've spent billions of dollars on propaganda to brainwash you into believing those fake vegetable [09:15.520 --> 09:20.400] oils are healthy, and for several decades now the commercial version of those fake oils have [09:20.400 --> 09:26.400] permeated nearly every factory-produced food item you consume. The lies we told you and the substance [09:26.400 --> 09:31.360] we put in nearly all of the food you've consumed over the years is why so many of you are getting [09:31.360 --> 09:37.200] colorectal cancer. Despite that being the truth of the matter, you'll never hear them admit it. [09:38.160 --> 09:43.760] In Body Science, I have a section dedicated to what science tells us about cancer in general, [09:43.760 --> 09:48.240] not just colorectal cancer. Although the establishment propaganda about cancers [09:48.240 --> 09:53.360] other than colorectal isn't focused on polyunsaturated fats, the brainwashing is [09:53.360 --> 09:59.200] equally as egregious. Today, the public believes that various foods are essential for good health, [09:59.840 --> 10:05.280] when in fact your body's physiological response to those foods produces the substances that [10:05.280 --> 10:14.960] promote the activation of cancer in your body. It is so simple to not ever get diseases such [10:14.960 --> 10:20.800] as hypertension, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, metabolic disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, [10:20.800 --> 10:28.720] obesity, and heart disease. But that requires you to be willing to entertain the possibility [10:29.440 --> 10:36.080] that 40 or 50 years of establishment propaganda has you believing things that will make you sick [10:36.080 --> 10:41.360] are actually healthy for you. If you're open to entertaining that possibility, the next step is to [10:41.360 --> 10:48.800] read Body Science. Once you read Body Science, it's game over for the false establishment narratives [10:48.800 --> 10:53.440] you thought were factual. There's a reason Body Science has never gotten anything less than a [10:53.440 --> 10:59.440] five-star rating. It's because readers see the facts, data, and evidence, which completely [10:59.440 --> 11:04.560] changes what they perceive as healthy. If they put what they've learned into action, [11:05.360 --> 11:12.800] then they won't get the diseases just mentioned, including colorectal cancer. You can get Body [11:12.800 --> 11:21.040] Science at drreality.news. While you're there, consider picking up a copy of Income Tax Shattering [11:21.520 --> 11:28.400] the Best Selling Book in America that lays out the incontrovertible proof that Congress has never [11:28.400 --> 11:34.080] imposed the income tax on ordinary working Americans like you. I'm going to do something [11:34.080 --> 11:40.640] I rarely do, which is tell you right now exactly upon whom the income tax has been imposed. [11:41.760 --> 11:48.320] Congress has imposed the income tax on three what the law calls classes of persons. The three [11:48.320 --> 11:55.120] classes upon whom the tax has been imposed are these. Number one, non-resident aliens with US [11:55.120 --> 12:03.120] source income. Two, foreign corporations with US source income. And three, US citizens residing [12:03.120 --> 12:10.560] abroad with foreign earned income. That's it. No one else, despite the fact that I haven't filed [12:10.560 --> 12:14.960] or paid income tax in 30 years, wrote the best-selling book on this subject and speak [12:14.960 --> 12:22.160] about it nationally. Lots of people think I'm a kook because the government says everyone owes it. [12:23.600 --> 12:29.040] Think about that premise for a minute. Those who have been following me for years know I am [12:29.040 --> 12:36.000] fastidious about being factual with you, but somehow the US government that lies constantly [12:36.720 --> 12:43.440] is suddenly telling the truth on this one issue. I'd say the person who thinks like that [12:44.080 --> 12:50.160] is the real kook. And keep in mind, I would consider it unethical to tell you the income tax [12:50.160 --> 12:55.200] doesn't apply to ordinary working Americans if I can't back it up with indisputable evidence, [12:55.200 --> 13:00.960] which is exactly what I do when income tax shattering the mist. But let's take me out of [13:00.960 --> 13:08.800] the loop. A buddy recently asked an AI chat bot for statutes, regulations, and treasury decisions [13:09.360 --> 13:15.760] pertaining to non-resident aliens owing income tax. The AI cited a number of statutes, regulations, [13:15.760 --> 13:22.080] and treasury decisions. My buddy then asked the AI for the statutes, regs, and treasury decisions [13:22.080 --> 13:29.120] pertaining to US citizens earning domestic income within a state of the union. To that request, [13:29.120 --> 13:36.080] the AI was unable to provide a single statute, regulation, or treasury decision. [13:36.960 --> 13:44.160] Zero. Zip. Nada. If an AI can't find a single statute, reg, or treasury decision saying you [13:44.160 --> 13:50.080] owe income tax on the fruits of your labor, maybe you should be reading Income Tax Shattering the [13:50.080 --> 13:56.320] Mist. About six months ago, a longtime friend asked an AI chat bot questions about the income [13:56.320 --> 14:01.360] tax in plain English. In other words, he didn't ask for statutes, regs, or treasury decisions. [14:01.360 --> 14:07.040] He simply asked questions such as, do US citizens owe income tax on their domestic earnings? [14:07.920 --> 14:14.560] The AI responded with traditional establishment answers such as that US citizens owe income tax [14:14.560 --> 14:22.080] on their taxable income. My friend then gave the AI a number of points of law from income tax [14:22.080 --> 14:29.440] shattering the myths. In response, the AI said it was sorry its original response had been inaccurate [14:29.440 --> 14:33.920] and then stated there appears to be no law requiring an American earning his or her domestic [14:33.920 --> 14:42.080] income in a state of the union to file a return or pay income tax. So what changed the AI's position? [14:43.040 --> 14:48.320] At first, the AI was simply regurgitating the establishment narrative that's so prevalent on [14:48.320 --> 14:53.200] the internet. That's analogous to the average American believing the government's income tax [14:53.200 --> 15:00.640] propaganda. Then, after the AI was shown what the law says, it did a 180 on the subject. [15:01.520 --> 15:05.840] That's exactly what readers of income tax shattering the myths experience. [15:05.840 --> 15:09.280] When they open the cover to read it, they have the false narrative in their head. [15:09.280 --> 15:17.200] By the time they complete the book, they know with absolute certainty that Congress has never [15:17.200 --> 15:25.280] imposed the income tax on them. Whether it's an AI or the human brain, the false establishment [15:25.280 --> 15:32.560] narrative cannot survive income tax shattering the myths. I'm proud of that because you deserve [15:32.560 --> 15:39.120] the truth. You also deserve to keep 100% of your earnings for the rest of your life. Once you know [15:39.120 --> 15:44.160] the truth of the income tax, you can decide what you want to do about it. Again, I'm proud that [15:44.160 --> 15:50.480] income tax shattering the myths allows you to safely walk away from the scam.
