[01:06.400 --> 01:11.800]  The theme is it conveys and the data in the presentation is conveyed that, for the sake
[01:11.800 --> 01:17.700]  of this presentation, so this doesn't get taken down also, perhaps the government is
[01:17.700 --> 01:26.900]  not doing the right things concerning SARS-CoV-2, and that message is impermissible on YouTube.
[01:26.900 --> 01:31.620]  To be clear, if somebody presents facts, data, and evidence, and the conclusions to which
[01:31.620 --> 01:37.380]  the facts, data, and evidence lead a rational, reasonable person would be that, again, YouTube
[01:37.380 --> 01:45.260]  censors, perhaps the government isn't doing exactly the absolute correct thing that would
[01:45.260 --> 01:51.380]  be called for concerning SARS-CoV-2, then that set of data, facts, and evidence is branded
[01:51.380 --> 01:54.060]  as misinformation by YouTube.
[01:54.060 --> 01:57.260]  It has nothing to do with the validity of the facts, data, and evidence.
[01:57.260 --> 02:02.580]  It has to do with the conclusion that a rational person could reach from the facts, data, evidence,

[02:03.580 --> 02:10.060]  Let me share with you the exact language from YouTube's policy concerning medical misinformation,
[02:10.060 --> 02:17.980]  and that is that a presenter's presentation may not contain content which, and I quote,
[02:17.980 --> 02:23.580]  contradicts local health authority or the World Health Organization's medical information
[02:23.580 --> 02:25.540]  about COVID-19.
[02:25.540 --> 02:30.220]  You will notice there's no sort of exemption for it, no sort of codicil attached to it
[02:30.220 --> 02:36.060]  that says unless the facts, data, and evidence indicate that the local authorities or the
[02:36.060 --> 02:39.260]  World Health Organization might be wrong or mistaken.
[02:39.260 --> 02:43.160]  That exemption, that exception isn't there.
[02:43.160 --> 02:47.300]  In other words, if your local health authorities say this or such, the World Health Organization
[02:47.300 --> 02:52.100]  says this is such, as far as YouTube is concerned, whether it's right, wrong, or indifferent,

[02:58.660 --> 03:04.020]  Here's a prime example of something I really can't get into now on YouTube.
[03:04.020 --> 03:09.440]  When CDC Director Walensky was responding to Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor promoting
[03:09.440 --> 03:14.660]  COVID misinformation, putting it into the official United States Supreme Court record
[03:14.660 --> 03:21.300]  recently, Walensky said this, quote, for those children who are not eligible for vaccination,
[03:21.300 --> 03:27.540]  we do know they are most likely to get sick, emphasis on that word, with COVID if their
[03:27.540 --> 03:32.220]  family members aren't vaccinated, close quote.
[03:32.220 --> 03:37.580]  Keep in mind, of course, that COVID is the disease that some people get when infected
[03:37.580 --> 03:39.740]  with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
[03:39.740 --> 03:44.220]  I think we're all aware at this point, two years in, that there's a difference between
[03:44.220 --> 03:49.760]  being symptomatic, which means you are, to a greater or lesser extent, sick, and being
[03:49.760 --> 03:53.340]  asymptomatic, in which case you're not sick.
[03:53.340 --> 03:57.740]  And of course, Walensky used the word sick, so she's clearly indicating an active case
[03:57.740 --> 04:00.860]  of COVID-19, not mere infection.
[04:00.860 --> 04:08.660]  The definition of sick in dictionary.com is, quote, affected with ill health, disease,
