[00:23.680 --> 00:30.560]  or leaked from a laboratory. At this time, science is incapable of answering these questions for us.
[00:31.440 --> 00:35.840]  If science can't settle the matter, should that end our inquiry?
[00:35.840 --> 00:56.960]  Let's start with this. There are two kinds of evidence, direct and circumstantial. While
[00:56.960 --> 01:01.840]  direct is preferable, circumstantial evidence is still persuasive if it exists in sufficient
[01:01.840 --> 01:06.640]  quantity and the inference to which it leads is realistic. We see this illustrated in trials
[01:06.640 --> 01:11.360]  where people are convicted of serious crimes like robbery and murder on purely circumstantial
[01:11.360 --> 01:16.080]  evidence. In other words, the fact that science cannot settle the question about SARS-CoV-2
[01:16.080 --> 01:21.600]  doesn't mean we should not consider circumstantial evidence. In my presentations, I usually give you
[01:21.600 --> 01:27.200]  factual conclusions based on supporting evidence. Today's presentation is the opposite. The
[01:27.200 --> 01:32.720]  questions I'll be sharing with you today are the result of conduct by the Chinese government
[01:33.920 --> 01:40.720]  that is irrational. I don't mean off-kilter, but I mean completely irrational. However,
[01:40.720 --> 01:46.960]  since the Chinese government is generally quite rational, when its actions appear irrational,
[01:46.960 --> 01:51.680]  I have to wonder what I'm missing. Phrased another way, is there something the Chinese
[01:51.680 --> 01:56.880]  government knows that would change our perception of its conduct from completely irrational to
[01:56.880 --> 02:01.040]  making perfect sense? Is there something the Chinese government knows that the rest of the
[02:01.040 --> 02:07.120]  world does not? To be clear, I don't have the answer, but the situation that gives rise to
[02:07.120 --> 02:14.320]  the questions is intriguing and perhaps disturbing. China has been for some time pursuing a zero
[02:14.320 --> 02:19.360]  COVID policy. That has led the Chinese government to put tens of millions of people in lockdown for
[02:19.360 --> 02:25.200]  weeks when a handful of people test positive. This might not seem so irrational if people were
[02:25.200 --> 02:30.560]  dropping dead left and right from SARS-CoV-2, but that isn't remotely what's happening.
[02:31.440 --> 02:36.160]  Here in the U.S., total deaths involving COVID-19 stand at three-tenths of one percent of the U.S.
[02:36.160 --> 02:45.040]  population, but the numbers come with two codicils. One is that number involves people who died while
[02:45.040 --> 02:50.400]  suffering from COVID-19. There is no data available distinguishing how many of those people died of
[02:50.400 --> 02:56.640]  other causes while also having symptoms of COVID-19. In other words, the number of U.S. deaths
[02:56.640 --> 03:02.960]  from COVID are certainly lower than three-tenths of one percent. In today's discussion, for the sake
[03:02.960 --> 03:09.680]  of illustration, we'll say the actual number of deaths from COVID rather than with COVID
[03:09.680 --> 03:17.280]  is two-tenths of one percent. The second qualifier is the U.S. is the most chronically ill society
[03:17.280 --> 03:23.200]  on earth, and we know that the existence of comorbidities dramatically elevates the odds
[03:23.200 --> 03:29.520]  of dying from COVID-19. In other words, if U.S. deaths from COVID-19 are two-tenths of one percent,
[03:29.520 --> 03:35.600]  then China's death rate is very likely well under one-tenth of one percent of its population.
[03:35.600 --> 03:40.640]  Under the earlier definition of pandemic, one-tenth of one percent wouldn't even be considered
[03:40.640 --> 03:46.560]  a pandemic. Another factor that makes China's response so insane is the dominant strain there
[03:46.560 --> 03:51.680]  is Omicron, just as it is everywhere else on the planet. For the overwhelming majority of people,
[03:51.680 --> 03:58.400]  Omicron's symptoms are the same as hay fever or the common cold. So why is China taking measures
[03:58.400 --> 04:04.640]  one would only take if a contagion had a significant death rate? Does China know something
[04:04.640 --> 04:11.200]  about SARS-CoV-2? The rest of the world does not. If so, why does China have information no other
[04:11.200 --> 04:17.120]  nation possesses? Could it be because SARS-CoV-2 was engineered in a lab at Wuhan Institute of
[04:17.120 --> 04:22.160]  Virology? I don't know the answer to that, but I believe China's seemingly irrational actions
[04:22.800 --> 04:28.560]  now makes that a reasonable question. Next, we have the fact that China will not permit its
[04:28.560 --> 04:34.080]  population to be vaccinated with mRNA vaccines. To be clear, Chinese pharmaceutical companies
[04:34.080 --> 04:39.200]  are making mRNA vaccines for SARS-CoV-2, but they can't be given to anyone in China.
[04:39.200 --> 04:45.120]  They may only be sold to entities outside China. Again, I have to ask, does China know something
[04:45.120 --> 04:51.360]  about mRNA vaccines for SARS-CoV-2? The rest of the world does not. If so, why does China have
[04:51.360 --> 04:58.240]  information no other nation has? If China does know things about SARS-CoV-2 and the mRNA vaccines
[04:58.240 --> 05:04.960]  that we don't, what might that telegraph? Opinions can vary, but here's one I'd be concerned about.
[05:05.920 --> 05:15.680]  What if China played Fauci? Let's consider some information. The New York Post, Yahoo News, Fox News,
[05:15.680 --> 05:21.840]  Vanity Fair, all stated that NIH's grant to EcoHealth Alliance was misused by the Wuhan lab
[05:21.840 --> 05:27.040]  for gain-of-function research on coronaviruses. Newsweek referred to the government's initial
[05:27.040 --> 05:33.920]  denials as an attempted cover-up. Numerous outlets ran stories about other grants to Wuhan being used
[05:33.920 --> 05:39.200]  in violation of restrictions associated with the grants. The New York Post also ran a story
[05:39.200 --> 05:45.200]  detailing the Pentagon-paid EcoHealth Alliance almost $34 million for biological weapons research.
[05:46.000 --> 05:51.680]  During a May 2021 exchange between then-NIH Director Francis Collins and Congressman Andy
[05:51.680 --> 05:57.520]  Harris at a subcommittee hearing, it was revealed that a major general of the People's Liberation
[05:57.520 --> 06:04.480]  Army, who is China's top bioweapons expert, flew into Wuhan in January 2020 to take control of the
[06:04.480 --> 06:10.800]  Wuhan lab. U.S. intelligence agencies reported an unidentified contagious disease circulating in
[06:10.800 --> 06:18.000]  Wuhan in November of 2019. I think it's reasonable to assume it was SARS-CoV-2. Two months later,
[06:18.000 --> 06:23.200]  a military bioweapons expert took over the lab. Was that a case of the Chinese government
[06:23.200 --> 06:27.920]  attempting to close the barn door after the horse was out? Perhaps the Communist Party
[06:27.920 --> 06:33.440]  leadership came to realize more was taking place at Wuhan than they'd previously known,
[06:33.440 --> 06:38.160]  and the army biological weapons expert was sent in to evaluate and give leadership the straight
[06:38.160 --> 06:42.640]  scoop on what had actually been going on there. Then there are the things we've learned about
[06:42.640 --> 06:47.840]  the mRNA vaccines in the time since governments first pronounced the vaccines to be safe and
[06:47.840 --> 06:53.040]  effective, and a large percentage of the population of Western nations rushed out to get vaccinated.
[06:53.360 --> 06:58.480]  Through scientific research, we've learned that the vaccine spike proteins have been found in the
[06:58.480 --> 07:05.200]  liver, brain, and heart. At minimum, this causes inflammation of otherwise healthy cells in those
[07:05.200 --> 07:11.600]  organs. One study found the spike proteins created by the vaccines were causing heart cells to die.
[07:12.240 --> 07:17.600]  Keep in mind that this type of data is emerging slowly because it's being done on a shoestring.
[07:17.600 --> 07:21.600]  Large institutions won't fund this kind of research because that would put them at odds
[07:21.600 --> 07:26.320]  with the incredibly powerful pharmaceutical industry. Nevertheless, the facts are emerging
[07:26.320 --> 07:33.520]  and will continue to emerge. Since China isn't hamstrung by the crony capitalism that often
[07:33.520 --> 07:39.440]  inhibits meaningful research in the US, what if China already knows the full extent of harm
[07:39.440 --> 07:46.960]  mRNA vaccines can cause, which is why mRNA vaccines can't be used in China? As I said at the
[07:46.960 --> 07:53.840]  outset, lots of intriguing questions without answers at this point. My personal view is
[07:53.840 --> 08:00.480]  answers to these questions need to be pursued. A few moments ago, I mentioned the US is the
[08:00.480 --> 08:06.560]  most chronically ill society in the world. In fact, the US population is the most chronically
[08:06.560 --> 08:13.360]  ill society in all of human history. Why that situation exists is not a mystery.
