[00:01.760 --> 00:05.400] There are basically two camps in the U.S. when it comes to health. [00:05.400 --> 00:10.560] One camp believes whatever the establishment says, the other camp pretty much believes [00:10.560 --> 00:15.040] anything the establishment says about health is lies for the purpose of generating profits [00:15.040 --> 00:17.560] for Big Pharma, Big Med, and Big Food. [00:17.560 --> 00:22.280] With Donald Trump being sworn in on January 20th, 2025, and having already named the number [00:22.280 --> 00:28.360] of people he once confirmed to various government positions that bear upon national health policy, [00:28.360 --> 00:34.440] some folks are anticipating a health apocalypse, while others believe this is an opportunity [00:34.440 --> 00:37.440] to turn around the declining health of the American people. [00:37.440 --> 00:43.080] The question we'll be exploring today is whether any of that is likely to occur, and the answer [00:43.080 --> 00:50.400] is very likely not what you expect. [00:50.400 --> 01:01.680] The Dr. Reality Vodcast with Dave Champion. [01:01.680 --> 01:02.680] Let's start with this. [01:02.680 --> 01:06.440] I'm the author of Body Science, a groundbreaking book on human physiology that many readers [01:06.440 --> 01:10.280] tell me saved their lives or the lives of their loved ones. [01:10.280 --> 01:13.840] I'm also a student of government and have been for three decades. [01:13.840 --> 01:18.120] I've written copiously on various aspects of the federal government and the U.S. Constitution [01:18.320 --> 01:22.640] as well as having lectured on the 2nd, 14th, and 16th Amendments. [01:22.640 --> 01:26.080] I am the author of Income Tax, Shattering the Mists, the best-selling comprehensive [01:26.080 --> 01:30.920] compendium of rock-solid evidence that tells the American people the truth of the income [01:30.920 --> 01:36.240] tax, a truth the United States Supreme Court recently confirmed as legally factual and [01:36.240 --> 01:40.960] accurate in a decision entitled More v. United States handed down in June of 2024. [01:40.960 --> 01:44.520] I'll put a link to my video on the More decision down in the notes. [01:44.520 --> 01:48.520] I share those things with you to make the point that much of my professional history [01:48.520 --> 01:54.800] and expertise converge when it comes to the question of what may or may not be possible [01:54.800 --> 02:00.000] concerning government health policy moving into 2025 and beyond. [02:00.000 --> 02:02.560] As a quick aside, I'm running a special offer on my books. [02:02.560 --> 02:06.760] I'll share that information with you at the end of the presentation. [02:06.760 --> 02:08.400] Full disclosure. [02:08.400 --> 02:13.920] My years of experience with human physiology, disease, the medical industry, and government [02:13.920 --> 02:19.040] places me firmly in the camp that most health narratives put out by the establishment are [02:19.040 --> 02:25.760] scientifically false, intended to generate increased revenue for trillion-dollar industries. [02:25.760 --> 02:28.160] I would like to see that change. [02:28.160 --> 02:34.000] Within the MAGA community, there is a subset within a gender referred to as MAHA, Make [02:34.000 --> 02:38.680] America Healthy Again, which is obviously a spinoff from the slogan, Make America Great [02:38.680 --> 02:40.120] Again. [02:40.120 --> 02:43.720] MAHA people believe Trump's appointments to the Department of Health and Human Services [02:43.720 --> 02:48.880] and agencies such as the National Institutes of Health and the CDC will bring about profound [02:48.880 --> 02:50.240] change. [02:50.240 --> 02:54.280] Many of them, see the next four years, is the only opportunity in their lifetime to [02:54.280 --> 02:57.800] change the direction of U.S. government health policies. [02:57.800 --> 03:02.840] They sincerely want all Americans to be healthy, and they see the government as a major culprit [03:02.840 --> 03:05.760] in the decline in American health. [03:05.760 --> 03:11.520] It is an indisputable fact that since the early 1980s, when the government began telling [03:11.520 --> 03:15.800] Americans what to do and not do to be healthy, the health of the American people has declined [03:15.800 --> 03:20.400] dramatically while the cost of treating their health problems has soared. [03:20.400 --> 03:24.880] Here is just one example of how the government has lied to the American people. [03:24.880 --> 03:31.000] In 1987, U.S. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop issued a report saying that two of every three [03:31.000 --> 03:35.720] deaths in America was due to overconsumption of saturated fat. [03:35.720 --> 03:41.880] His report stated that evidence concerning saturated fat and heart disease was stronger [03:41.880 --> 03:46.840] than the evidence regarding smoking and lung cancer. [03:46.840 --> 03:53.360] But here's the thing, not one word of that was true. [03:53.360 --> 03:58.380] When Koop made the public proclamation, there was not a shred of clinical evidence that [03:58.380 --> 04:02.200] dietary fat increased one's chances of getting heart disease. [04:02.320 --> 04:05.560] Koop's pronouncement was pure propaganda. [04:05.560 --> 04:12.040] Despite that, hundreds of millions of Americans believed him for no better reason than they [04:12.040 --> 04:17.640] could not imagine a U.S. Surgeon General would lie to them. [04:17.640 --> 04:21.800] If I delved into all the factors and players responsible for the dramatic decline of American [04:21.800 --> 04:26.320] health over the last several decades, this would be a very long presentation. [04:26.320 --> 04:30.240] But if you're interested, I discussed that in some detail in Body Science. [04:30.240 --> 04:35.200] The purpose of today's presentation is to help set reasonable expectations concerning [04:35.200 --> 04:40.160] what changes may occur in federal health care policy over the next four years. [04:40.160 --> 04:46.520] All federal civilian health policy emanates from the Department of Health and Human Services, [04:46.520 --> 04:49.640] known by the acronym HHS. [04:49.640 --> 04:55.480] Because that's from where all civilian health policy emanates, HHS will be our focus today. [04:55.480 --> 04:59.160] Trump's pick to lead HHS is RFK Jr. [04:59.160 --> 05:04.200] Without getting into the specifics of his views on various subjects, I believe RFK Jr.'s [05:04.200 --> 05:09.320] friends and foes would agree that he's going to bring an entirely new mindset to being [05:09.320 --> 05:11.400] the Secretary of HHS. [05:11.400 --> 05:16.440] Acknowledging that he has an entirely different mindset about the job than his predecessors, [05:16.440 --> 05:19.480] what changes can we expect? [05:19.480 --> 05:24.520] The answer is very little in the way of substance. [05:24.520 --> 05:28.760] I'm going to explain why that is and then I'm going to share what I believe he can [05:28.760 --> 05:31.880] achieve at the helm of HHS. [05:31.880 --> 05:37.680] Let's begin by looking at how all federal departments, including HHS, operate. [05:37.680 --> 05:41.840] Cabinet-level departments, as well as the agencies within those departments, are controlled [05:41.840 --> 05:45.280] by federal statutes. [05:45.280 --> 05:48.640] I don't think most Americans understand that. [05:48.640 --> 05:54.000] Congress passes statutes, what the public calls laws, and those laws designate which [05:54.000 --> 05:57.800] cabinet-level department is to carry the law into effect. [05:57.800 --> 06:01.560] The head of the designated department then creates a document called a delegation of [06:01.560 --> 06:06.960] authority order by which he or she delegates the authority downward, usually to the head [06:06.960 --> 06:10.440] of the appropriate office or agency within the department. [06:10.440 --> 06:14.680] So what does that look like over at HHS? [06:14.680 --> 06:22.440] The Secretary of HHS has 28 individual offices and agencies under his authority. [06:22.440 --> 06:27.600] Let's look at a few of those to get an idea of what an HHS Secretary is facing. [06:27.600 --> 06:33.000] One agency within HHS is the NIH, the National Institutes of Health. [06:33.000 --> 06:39.820] The Director of NIH has 29 separate components under his authority. [06:39.820 --> 06:44.840] One of those 29 components is an office known as the Administration for Strategic Preparedness [06:44.840 --> 06:46.320] and Response. [06:46.320 --> 06:52.880] The Director of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response has 35 individual [06:52.880 --> 06:54.880] components under his authority. [06:54.880 --> 06:57.320] And on and on it goes. [06:57.320 --> 07:04.320] The Secretary of HHS literally has hundreds of individual components within the department. [07:04.320 --> 07:13.880] HHS has more than 80,000 employees in an annual budget of more than $1.8 trillion, and everything [07:13.880 --> 07:18.520] it does is controlled by law. [07:18.520 --> 07:22.080] I know more about the ways and means by which the federal government operates than probably [07:23.080 --> 07:28.060] of the American public, and I am the author of a book on human physiology. [07:28.060 --> 07:34.380] So if I was the Secretary of HHS, how long would it take me to understand all of what [07:34.380 --> 07:35.380] HHS does? [07:35.380 --> 07:38.560] I don't mean reading a list of things it does. [07:38.560 --> 07:44.000] I mean understanding the details of what every component does in order that I could be an [07:44.000 --> 07:45.800] effective leader. [07:45.800 --> 07:52.100] I'm guessing if I work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, it would take me months to completely [07:52.100 --> 07:59.480] understand what every single one of the hundreds of individual HHS components do. [07:59.480 --> 08:05.280] But if I was investing 10 hours a day, 5 days a week on that, I would not be attending to [08:05.280 --> 08:08.180] many other duties of the Secretary. [08:08.180 --> 08:13.000] If I split my time between the high-level duties of the Secretary and learning the details [08:13.000 --> 08:17.480] of every component of the department, it would probably be a year before I completely [08:17.480 --> 08:20.080] understood all the details. [08:20.080 --> 08:25.680] I mean no disrespect to RFK Jr. when I say the odds that he's going to do what I just [08:25.680 --> 08:28.720] described are zero. [08:28.720 --> 08:32.680] Let's return to the fact that all of HHS's duties are controlled by law. [08:32.680 --> 08:37.620] A moment ago, I discussed what it would take for me to understand the details of what every [08:37.620 --> 08:40.880] component within HHS does. [08:40.880 --> 08:47.200] But here's the thing, that is a trivial endeavor compared to knowing all the laws Congress [08:47.200 --> 08:54.640] has enacted since 1939 that have established the duties HHS is legally mandated to perform. [08:54.640 --> 09:01.640] I say since 1939 because that's the year that HHS's predecessor, the Federal Security Agency [09:01.640 --> 09:03.080] was created. [09:03.080 --> 09:12.360] As said, Congress was passing laws well before 1939 that are still carried out by HHS today. [09:12.360 --> 09:17.160] Imagine having to know 100 years worth of laws, virtually all of which have been amended [09:17.160 --> 09:22.400] time and again, in order to have a clear understanding of HHS's duties. [09:22.400 --> 09:28.880] Some folks might suggest RFK Jr. should rely on the 700 employees of HHS's Office of General [09:28.880 --> 09:30.680] Counsel for that. [09:30.680 --> 09:35.600] But if he relies on OGC attorneys rather than knowing the law for himself, then he's [09:35.600 --> 09:39.560] taking someone else's word for how things need to work. [09:39.560 --> 09:44.040] As someone who has interacted with lawyers for the last 30 years, I can tell you that [09:44.040 --> 09:51.360] anyone who relies on attorneys to tell them what complex laws really mean is a fool. [09:51.360 --> 09:56.480] My primary area of expertise is income tax law, and in the last 30 years, I have never [09:56.480 --> 10:03.160] met a single lawyer, including tax attorneys, who know what the law actually says. [10:03.160 --> 10:08.280] With that experience over the last 30 years, I'd be loathe to take the word of an OGC [10:08.280 --> 10:13.600] lawyer for what the law requires RFK Jr. to do or not do. [10:13.600 --> 10:18.400] Again, with no disrespect to RFK Jr., he's not going to educate himself on 100 years [10:18.400 --> 10:19.720] of federal law. [10:19.720 --> 10:23.520] He's going to take the word of the lawyers in the Office of General Counsel. [10:23.520 --> 10:25.760] And here's something you likely don't know. [10:25.760 --> 10:31.600] HHS is legally mandated to work with the Department of Defense on numerous projects. [10:31.600 --> 10:35.520] That's a rat's nest I'm not going to get into today, but it adds to the complexity [10:35.520 --> 10:38.040] of HHS's work. [10:38.040 --> 10:40.200] Why do I share all of this with you? [10:40.200 --> 10:41.200] Four reasons. [10:41.200 --> 10:47.000] First, so you understand the scale of the challenge any HHS secretary faces who wants [10:47.000 --> 10:48.800] to affect change. [10:48.800 --> 10:54.260] How does one affect change without knowing the details of what every HHS component does? [10:54.260 --> 10:58.300] How does one affect change if one takes the word of government lawyers for what HHS is [10:58.300 --> 11:02.980] legally required to do, or perhaps what it's not authorized to do? [11:02.980 --> 11:08.700] Second, because RFK Jr. won't know the details of every component of HHS and he will be taking [11:08.700 --> 11:13.400] the word of the department's attorneys for what HHS is required to do, he is effectively [11:13.400 --> 11:17.300] hamstrung from affecting meaningful change. [11:17.300 --> 11:22.540] Third, because the duties of HHS are established in law, special interest groups will file [11:22.620 --> 11:26.860] suit to block virtually anything he attempts to change. [11:26.860 --> 11:33.300] Fourth, most of the statutes controlling HHS also have regulations promulgated to precisely [11:33.300 --> 11:37.620] detail how Congress's statutes will be implemented. [11:37.620 --> 11:41.820] Those regs were created in compliance with the Administrative Procedures Act, known as [11:41.820 --> 11:48.340] the APA, which is a federal law governing how federal agencies develop and issue regulations. [11:48.340 --> 11:51.820] It is a complex and lengthy process. [11:51.820 --> 11:53.220] And guess what? [11:53.220 --> 11:59.820] If RFK Jr. wants to change any regulation on any issue, those changes have to go through [11:59.820 --> 12:03.820] the lengthy and tedious APA process. [12:03.820 --> 12:06.180] So what's the takeaway from this? [12:06.180 --> 12:10.900] Hopefully you get the point that making changes in government operations is the polar opposite [12:10.900 --> 12:12.820] of how things work in the private sector. [12:12.820 --> 12:18.180] I bring that up because less than half of 1% of Americans work for the federal government. [12:18.180 --> 12:24.460] That means roughly 99.5% of Americans have no idea how things work within the federal [12:24.460 --> 12:25.560] government. [12:25.560 --> 12:31.300] They think someone like RFK Jr. can walk into his office at HHS and change whatever he wants [12:31.300 --> 12:34.660] just like Elon Musk did after he bought Twitter. [12:34.660 --> 12:38.140] You should now understand that isn't remotely how government works. [12:38.140 --> 12:42.740] Perhaps you see why I believe it's important to set realistic expectations. [12:42.740 --> 12:47.700] But I also said we discuss things RFK Jr. can do, so let's get into that. [12:47.700 --> 12:53.460] The very first beneficial thing he can do after being sworn in is publicly state that [12:53.460 --> 12:59.660] the US government's food pyramid is a fraud existing to promote agricultural industry [12:59.660 --> 13:03.780] profits, not the health of the American people. [13:03.780 --> 13:08.980] That factual statement would set a fantastic tone from day one. [13:08.980 --> 13:13.300] Before I continue, if you value this sort of information, which you likely won't get [13:13.300 --> 13:17.220] anywhere else, please take a moment to subscribe to the channel and hit the like button so [13:17.220 --> 13:20.260] the algorithms will show this content to more people. [13:20.260 --> 13:24.180] And remember, there's a special offer for you at the end. [13:24.180 --> 13:31.180] HHS is the second largest source of funding for scientific research in the world, with [13:31.180 --> 13:36.660] its research ally being more than $70 billion every year. [13:36.660 --> 13:42.340] While RFK Jr. can't really change HHS, he can allocate some of that funding to bold [13:42.340 --> 13:44.900] research that is not being done. [13:44.900 --> 13:51.020] By bold research, I mean powerful short-term studies that will upend long-standing, widely [13:51.020 --> 13:55.300] believed false establishment narratives on various health subjects. [13:55.300 --> 14:00.620] Furthermore, as HHS Secretary, RFK Jr. has a megaphone. [14:00.620 --> 14:05.420] He can hold press conferences whenever it suits him to release the results of bold, [14:05.420 --> 14:07.340] hard-hitting studies. [14:07.340 --> 14:14.140] In the Dave Champion model of what RFK Jr. should do, the gloves come off. [14:14.140 --> 14:18.220] Those who lie to the American people about health science in order to promote the interests [14:18.220 --> 14:25.780] of trillion-dollar industries must be named publicly by HHS. [14:25.780 --> 14:30.140] RFK Jr. must use his office as a bully pulpit. [14:30.140 --> 14:35.220] Here's an example of how I would handle such matters if I was the HHS Secretary. [14:35.220 --> 14:40.540] I would hold a press conference and make this statement. [14:40.540 --> 14:45.500] If everyone in America who was a type 2 diabetic began eating carnivore-style tomorrow, there [14:45.500 --> 14:50.980] would not be a single type 2 diabetic left in America in 120 days. [14:50.980 --> 14:54.140] As I said, bold and hard-hitting. [14:54.140 --> 14:59.060] The establishment would immediately close ranks against that truth because big food, [14:59.060 --> 15:04.740] big med, and big pharma stand to lose trillions of dollars if the American people accept [15:04.740 --> 15:06.680] that truth. [15:06.680 --> 15:10.640] The Secretary's office should create and maintain a list of every medical professional, [15:10.640 --> 15:17.720] journalist, organization, and news outlet that says RFK Jr.'s claim is false. [15:17.720 --> 15:22.120] As soon as the story about his statement drops out of the news cycle, RFK Jr. should quietly [15:22.120 --> 15:28.760] launch a study with type 2 diabetics eating carnivore-style for 120 days. [15:28.760 --> 15:32.840] Knowing the study results will be viciously attacked, the study will need to be planned [15:32.840 --> 15:37.600] and executed in such a way that its results cannot be effectively disputed. [15:37.600 --> 15:42.000] To ensure the results can't be disputed, this would be my model. [15:42.000 --> 15:44.240] The study would involve 500 participants. [15:44.240 --> 15:48.920] Each participant would have to be certified by his or her personal physician as being [15:48.920 --> 15:50.860] a type 2 diabetic. [15:50.860 --> 15:56.580] All participants would live for four months at an unused part of a military base, physically [15:56.580 --> 15:59.040] separated from the rest of the base. [15:59.080 --> 16:03.480] Each participant would be paid $4,000 a month, which would allow them to stay current on [16:03.480 --> 16:08.560] expenses such as mortgage or rent, vehicle payments, child support payments, etc. over [16:08.560 --> 16:10.160] the four-month period. [16:10.160 --> 16:15.320] Each participant would agree to leave only in an emergency and if they left, their compensation [16:15.320 --> 16:18.640] would end and they'd be dropped from the study. [16:18.640 --> 16:24.200] Their carnivore meals would be prepared by a food preparation staff. [16:24.200 --> 16:27.800] Participants would be free to eat as much as desired during each of the four meal periods [16:27.840 --> 16:29.080] per day. [16:29.080 --> 16:31.520] No other food would be available. [16:31.520 --> 16:36.280] Half the participants would be engaged in moderate daily resistance training and cardio, [16:36.280 --> 16:38.400] while the other half would not. [16:38.400 --> 16:41.760] A thorough blood panel would be done once a week. [16:41.760 --> 16:45.880] In terms of supplementation, vitamin D and salt would be the standard daily issue with [16:45.880 --> 16:49.400] minimum and maximum permissible levels for each. [16:49.400 --> 16:54.200] All participants would wear blood glucose monitor 24-7 and the data would be uploaded [16:54.200 --> 16:57.520] to a central database in real time. [16:57.520 --> 17:00.400] Body weight would be taken each day before the first meal. [17:00.400 --> 17:03.440] Body compensation measurements would be taken once a week. [17:03.440 --> 17:07.400] The facility would offer a wide variety of activities to keep the participants entertained [17:07.400 --> 17:09.960] and informed during their stay. [17:09.960 --> 17:15.480] On the 121st day, all data collected from the participants over their four-month stay [17:15.480 --> 17:20.200] would be presented to an independent panel of not less than five MDs. [17:20.200 --> 17:26.200] Those MDs will certify all the participants as no longer being type 2 diabetics. [17:26.240 --> 17:31.680] I say certify all participants as no longer being diabetics because I already know what [17:31.680 --> 17:32.680] the outcome will be. [17:32.680 --> 17:38.240] The point of the study is for the other 334 million Americans to learn about the dramatic [17:38.240 --> 17:43.720] outcome that took place in just 120 days. [17:43.720 --> 17:47.100] Once the study has been completed, RFK Jr. should hold a press conference at which he [17:47.100 --> 17:51.720] will share an outline of the study and let the assembled press know that not a single [17:51.760 --> 17:56.360] participant showed any signs of type 2 diabetes by the end of the study period. [17:56.360 --> 18:01.920] He should tell the reporters he's going to give them a complete study detail, but before [18:01.920 --> 18:05.480] he does, his staff has important information to share. [18:05.480 --> 18:11.360] At that point, an HHS spokesperson should read aloud the names of the journalists, news [18:11.360 --> 18:16.920] outlets, organizations, and commenters who said RFK Jr.'s statement about being able [18:16.920 --> 18:24.000] to end type 2 diabetes within 120 days was wrong, unscientific, and dangerous. [18:24.000 --> 18:27.960] At the conclusion of the list, the spokesperson should emphasize that the names just read [18:27.960 --> 18:32.880] aloud are people, companies, and organizations no Americans should ever trust concerning [18:32.880 --> 18:37.520] health matters because they publicly condemned as false something that was and is scientifically [18:37.520 --> 18:39.480] factual. [18:39.480 --> 18:44.600] The spokesperson should then tell the audience that the list of names is on HHS's website [18:44.600 --> 18:48.120] for all to see and give the URL. [18:48.120 --> 18:50.980] This is what I mean by taking the gloves off. [18:50.980 --> 18:55.240] Those who oppose scientific truth that will make Americans healthy should be called out [18:55.240 --> 18:58.400] publicly by the HHS Secretary. [18:58.400 --> 19:03.080] Those of us who support real science and want Americans to be healthy have been providing [19:03.080 --> 19:07.860] facts, data, and evidence and have been courteous in our battle with the opposition. [19:07.860 --> 19:13.800] That approach has failed because it cannot compete with billions of dollars, trillion [19:14.000 --> 19:19.280] dollar industries pour into promoting the lies that keep their profits rolling in. [19:19.280 --> 19:24.480] As things stand today, there is no price to pay for lying to the American people for the [19:24.480 --> 19:28.220] purpose of making them diseased or more diseased. [19:28.220 --> 19:33.280] In fact, many organizations that lie about health matters are rewarded handsomely by [19:33.280 --> 19:38.200] big pharma, big food, and big med in the form of grants or advertising contracts. [19:38.640 --> 19:39.640] R.F.K. [19:39.640 --> 19:44.200] Jr. will have the ability to show the American people which persons and organizations are [19:44.200 --> 19:47.680] lying to them in exchange for money. [19:47.680 --> 19:48.680] If R.F.K. [19:48.680 --> 19:53.420] Jr. doesn't want to do it personally, he can hire me as his spokesperson and I'll gladly [19:53.420 --> 19:54.420] do it. [19:54.420 --> 19:58.760] Another example of a short-term, hard-hitting study that can be done is improving cognition [19:58.760 --> 20:02.020] in dementia patients using the carnivore style of eating. [20:02.020 --> 20:08.460] As a side note, I disclose the true scientific cause of Alzheimer's in body science as well [20:08.460 --> 20:11.160] as how to ensure you don't get Alzheimer's. [20:11.160 --> 20:15.060] The trillion dollar industries I mentioned won't tell you the truth about Alzheimer's [20:15.060 --> 20:20.060] because there's no money in it for them by telling you the truth. [20:20.060 --> 20:25.140] Their money comes from hiding the simple understanding of how not to get it and then selling you [20:25.140 --> 20:28.300] obscenely expensive drugs for the rest of your life. [20:28.340 --> 20:35.220] In body science, I tell you how not to get Alzheimer's because I don't want you to have [20:35.220 --> 20:36.220] it. [20:36.220 --> 20:38.100] It's that simple. [20:38.100 --> 20:40.220] When the dementia study is concluded, R.F.K. [20:40.220 --> 20:44.820] Jr. should use the same format previously discussed to name for the American people [20:44.820 --> 20:50.160] those who have been lying to them about Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. [20:50.160 --> 20:54.260] There are many short-term, hard-hitting studies that can be done during R.F.K. [20:54.260 --> 20:56.360] Jr.'s four-year term. [20:56.360 --> 20:58.060] I hope you'll do them. [20:58.060 --> 21:02.620] Given the circumstances in which scientifically establishing the truth requires long-term [21:02.620 --> 21:03.620] studies, R.F.K. [21:03.620 --> 21:07.500] Jr. can not only fund those studies, but he can use his megaphone as the secretary to [21:07.500 --> 21:11.140] get the American people on the right track. [21:11.140 --> 21:18.300] One example of that would be telling the public that, at its core, cancer is, in reality, [21:18.300 --> 21:19.780] a metabolic disease. [21:19.780 --> 21:23.260] Another example would be telling the American people the truth that cholesterol has nothing [21:23.260 --> 21:28.820] to do with heart disease and is, in reality, a healing substance. [21:28.820 --> 21:31.660] Then there are the systemic changes that need to be made. [21:31.660 --> 21:38.020] One example is Big Pharma paying 75% of the budget of the FDA's drug division. [21:38.020 --> 21:43.880] No matter what one may think of the FDA, as long as it remains a federal agency, Congress [21:43.880 --> 21:49.420] should fund it, not the industry the FDA is supposed to be regulating. [21:49.420 --> 21:53.620] Speaking of the FDA, it's an agency within HHS, so R.F.K. [21:53.620 --> 21:59.580] Jr. can change the scientific testing standards for drug approval, which I hope he does. [21:59.580 --> 22:05.380] As an aside, if you want to understand why Big Pharma, Big Med, and Big Food are never [22:05.380 --> 22:08.740] put in check by the government, even when the science shows that what they're doing [22:08.740 --> 22:15.460] is harmful, read up on something called regulatory capture. [22:15.460 --> 22:16.460] Another thing I hope R.F.K. [22:16.460 --> 22:23.580] Jr. does is publicly release every document possessed by any agency or office within HHS [22:23.580 --> 22:29.460] containing information about SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19, and the mRNA injections, improperly called [22:29.460 --> 22:30.580] vaccines. [22:30.580 --> 22:38.100] The American people have a right to see 100% of that information, and the Biden administration [22:38.100 --> 22:40.580] refused to let the American people see it. [22:40.580 --> 22:41.580] R.F.K. [22:41.580 --> 22:44.940] Jr. will have a lot on his plate when he becomes Secretary of HHS. [22:44.940 --> 22:50.420] But in my opinion, one of his top priorities should be releasing those documents to the [22:50.420 --> 22:52.060] American people. [22:52.060 --> 22:53.660] Having discussed some of the things R.F.K. [22:53.660 --> 22:58.940] Jr. can do, the big question is, will he? [22:58.940 --> 23:03.340] I wish I was more optimistic. [23:03.340 --> 23:07.700] Do you remember in 2016 when Trump said he was going to release all the J.F.K. assassination [23:07.700 --> 23:09.540] documents held by the government? [23:10.060 --> 23:15.260] Well, he released some, but he kept 1,100 pages classified. [23:15.260 --> 23:19.900] J.F.K. was murdered six decades ago. [23:19.900 --> 23:25.760] There is no reason the American people can't see every single document the government possesses [23:25.760 --> 23:28.100] on that matter. [23:28.100 --> 23:30.140] But Trump didn't do that. [23:30.140 --> 23:34.060] Remember the 2016 campaign chant, lock her up? [23:34.460 --> 23:40.860] Yet after Trump was elected, he declined to do so, saying Bill and Hillary are good people. [23:40.860 --> 23:45.100] Whether one sees Bill and Hillary as good people or bad people isn't the point. [23:45.100 --> 23:49.100] The point is that Trump has a track record of telling voters he's going to do certain [23:49.100 --> 23:55.340] things and then not doing them, especially if the issue pertains to the elites in American [23:55.340 --> 24:01.460] society, which brings me to the next point of concern. [24:01.460 --> 24:09.300] Trump recently dined with Pfizer CEO Albert Borla afterward describing him as highly respected. [24:09.300 --> 24:13.620] The only people who highly respect Albert Borla are those who support rigged drug trials, [24:13.620 --> 24:18.380] manipulated data, blatant lying, and killing millions of people for corporate profit. [24:18.380 --> 24:23.900] Yet after Trump met with Borla, he referred to him as highly respected. [24:23.900 --> 24:27.860] Then there is the issue that Trump has never taken action or supported any action that [24:27.860 --> 24:31.940] would harm any trillion dollar industry. [24:31.940 --> 24:38.500] Combine that with his Borla remark and I question whether he will allow RFK Jr. to do anything [24:38.500 --> 24:45.220] that threatens the wealth of big pharma, big med, and big food, which would mean business [24:45.220 --> 24:47.220] as usual. [24:47.220 --> 24:49.820] You have no idea how much I hope I'm wrong. [24:49.820 --> 24:55.540] So let's say RFK Jr. does not do anything like I've described today. [24:55.540 --> 24:56.960] What then? [24:56.960 --> 24:59.980] So here's the ugly truth. [24:59.980 --> 25:03.840] The real problem is not the government. [25:03.840 --> 25:05.320] It's the public. [25:05.320 --> 25:08.520] Let me give you an example of the point I'm trying to make. [25:08.520 --> 25:14.440] My book on human physiology, Body Science, is a game changer for human health. [25:14.440 --> 25:20.200] So how many Americans have read Body Science compared to how many consumer establishment [25:20.200 --> 25:25.400] lies about nutritional physiology and disease put out by the media and paid for by big pharma, [25:25.400 --> 25:27.280] big med, and big food? [25:27.280 --> 25:29.800] Well the rough numbers go a bit like this. [25:29.800 --> 25:33.480] Tens of thousands of people have read Body Science since it was published six years [25:33.480 --> 25:34.480] ago. [25:34.480 --> 25:40.040] Well millions of people consume propaganda every day that's paid for by big pharma, big [25:40.040 --> 25:42.000] med, and big food. [25:42.000 --> 25:46.640] Despite the fact that Body Science is 100% scientifically accurate and has saved countless [25:46.640 --> 25:55.000] lives, it cannot compete with the billions of dollars spent every year to put fake science, [25:55.000 --> 25:58.040] propaganda, in front of the American people. [25:58.040 --> 26:02.220] Here's an example of propaganda that popped up on social media as I was putting my notes [26:02.220 --> 26:04.440] together for this presentation. [26:04.440 --> 26:10.040] What you're seeing is an article run by the British publication Mail Online in its wellness [26:10.040 --> 26:11.700] section. [26:11.700 --> 26:16.580] The title reads, sunbathing for just one day may increase your risk of heart disease and [26:16.580 --> 26:19.760] stop the body fighting infections, study suggests. [26:20.520 --> 26:26.320] Okay so on a scale of 1 to 100, with 100 being completely factual and 1 being completely [26:26.320 --> 26:30.120] non-factual, that story is a negative 10. [26:30.120 --> 26:35.960] I'll put links in the notes to several videos in which I call out by name organizations [26:35.960 --> 26:42.160] and medical doctors who lie about physiology and human health, thus corruptly moving Americans [26:42.160 --> 26:45.860] away from becoming healthy. [26:45.860 --> 26:48.980] The important takeaway from those videos is that it isn't just government that's spreading [26:48.980 --> 26:52.760] the lies and propaganda to keep Americans unhealthy. [26:52.760 --> 26:55.340] Medical doctors and nurses are involved. [26:55.340 --> 26:59.620] They are literally touting their medical credentials as a means of getting uninformed Americans [26:59.620 --> 27:02.060] to believe their lies. [27:02.060 --> 27:08.140] Of course that isn't the only example of people in a particular industry spreading disinformation. [27:08.140 --> 27:15.060] Those in the U.S. accounting industry, which in 2023 took in an astounding $147 billion, [27:15.060 --> 27:20.220] tell the public everyone owes income tax, which is the lie that produces most of that [27:20.220 --> 27:22.260] $147 billion. [27:22.260 --> 27:26.220] The difference between the lies being told by those in the accounting industry and those [27:26.220 --> 27:31.140] in the medical field is MDs and RNs know they're lying, while those in the accounting industry [27:31.140 --> 27:34.420] actually believe the falsehoods they're perpetuating. [27:34.420 --> 27:36.100] Let me explain. [27:36.100 --> 27:40.060] Most licensed accountants have at least a four-year degree in accounting. [27:40.060 --> 27:44.980] During those four years, 100% of their training implicitly informs them that everyone who [27:44.980 --> 27:47.140] makes money owes income tax. [27:47.140 --> 27:51.620] Another way to phrase it is they come away from their training taught to view everyone [27:51.620 --> 27:56.620] who earns money as a potential revenue source in terms of preparing tax returns. [27:56.620 --> 28:02.820] Never once, not once, in four years at their institution of higher learning are they told [28:02.820 --> 28:07.620] there are Americans who earn money and don't owe income tax. [28:07.620 --> 28:09.400] Now here's the kicker on this. [28:09.400 --> 28:13.780] If accounting students were to read Income Tax Shatter the Mist, they would learn that [28:13.780 --> 28:17.180] American citizens living and working in the states of the union earning their own domestic [28:17.180 --> 28:21.860] income are not now nor have they ever been the people upon whom the U.S. income tax has [28:21.860 --> 28:22.860] been imposed. [28:22.860 --> 28:28.260] Phrased another way, Congress has never imposed the income tax on ordinary, hardworking Americans [28:28.260 --> 28:29.260] like you. [28:29.260 --> 28:34.020] I've been discussing the truth of the income tax for more than 30 years. [28:34.020 --> 28:38.500] In that time, I've talked with hundreds of accountants. [28:38.500 --> 28:42.620] Not one of them has known what the law says about who the tax has been imposed upon and [28:42.660 --> 28:44.660] upon whom it has not. [28:44.660 --> 28:49.700] Not one accountant has known anything about it because in four years of schooling, sometimes [28:49.700 --> 28:55.180] five and a half years if they go for a master's, that subject is never discussed. [28:55.180 --> 28:59.860] So you see, there's a difference between medical personnel who know damn well they're lying [28:59.860 --> 29:05.700] when they make absurd statements such as that red meat causes type 2 diabetes and accountants [29:05.700 --> 29:09.700] who genuinely believe the falsehoods they're putting out. [29:09.700 --> 29:15.140] They believe it because they cannot imagine that during four or five years of higher education [29:15.140 --> 29:20.300] and accounting, their alma mater failed to tell them something so crucial. [29:20.300 --> 29:25.100] There are three reasons institutions of higher education do not tell accounting students [29:25.100 --> 29:26.100] the truth. [29:26.100 --> 29:32.540] First, and most obvious, is there's massive industry financial disincentive to tell them [29:32.540 --> 29:33.540] the truth. [29:33.540 --> 29:35.220] Second, accountants aren't lawyers. [29:35.220 --> 29:39.460] It's not their place to pronounce who the law requires to file and who it does not. [29:39.460 --> 29:44.300] In fact, any accountant who makes a statement such as you're required to file a return [29:44.300 --> 29:49.500] is exceeding his or her scope of practice and committing a crime called practicing law [29:49.500 --> 29:50.860] without a license. [29:50.860 --> 29:55.580] Third, and perhaps of more immediate concern to a university, the government would pull [29:55.580 --> 30:00.420] that school's accounting program accreditation in a hot second if they began telling their [30:00.420 --> 30:04.860] students a truth the government is desperate to keep hidden from the American people. [30:05.620 --> 30:06.620] Let me give you an example. [30:06.620 --> 30:12.540] I live about an hour from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, which has an accounting program. [30:12.540 --> 30:18.260] If UNLV hired me to lecture about the truth of the income tax, within days UNLV would [30:18.260 --> 30:22.100] be informed that if it continued allowing me to lecture, it would lose its accounting [30:22.100 --> 30:24.140] program accreditation. [30:24.140 --> 30:28.620] The important thing of which to take stock is the government would threaten UNLV not [30:28.620 --> 30:33.700] because what I would be showing the students is false, but because I'd be informing them [30:33.700 --> 30:39.180] of a truth they can research for themselves after they leave the lecture and they would [30:39.180 --> 30:41.100] discover it's all factual. [30:41.100 --> 30:45.880] There are two types of professionals the government will do anything in its power to keep from [30:45.880 --> 30:49.980] knowing the truth, accountants and lawyers. [30:49.980 --> 30:51.180] Why is that? [30:51.180 --> 30:55.820] Because there's a dramatic difference between your neighbor or a buddy at work telling you [30:55.820 --> 31:02.100] you don't need to file and pay income tax versus a CPA telling you that or your attorney. [31:02.100 --> 31:08.940] Lawyers and accountants are the gatekeepers of the government's false income tax narrative. [31:08.940 --> 31:15.580] Imagine being a gatekeeper whose job it is to make sure Americans don't learn the truth, [31:15.580 --> 31:18.900] whether it's health and physiology or income tax. [31:18.900 --> 31:23.060] It's incredibly simple to learn the truth, but people only pay attention to government [31:23.060 --> 31:27.880] propaganda and crap they see in the press, such as the mail online garbage about sunbathing [31:27.880 --> 31:29.660] causing heart disease. [31:29.660 --> 31:33.560] The majority of my life I have held the view that if Americans are shown the truth they [31:33.560 --> 31:37.500] will act on it, whether it deals with health or personal liberty. [31:37.500 --> 31:42.060] I'm recording this at the beginning of 2025 and I believe the time has come for me to [31:42.060 --> 31:46.780] admit I have been wrong about that. [31:46.780 --> 31:51.460] Rather than being concerned with what is true, what is supported by fact, state and evidence, [31:51.460 --> 31:55.580] the masses adopt whatever narrative is put out by the establishment. [31:55.580 --> 31:59.980] As you might imagine, I find that accepting anything the government or trillion-dollar [31:59.980 --> 32:05.980] industry say about physiology, nutrition, medical interventions, pharmacology, etc. [32:05.980 --> 32:08.620] is a prescription for ill health. [32:08.620 --> 32:14.820] But since American sheep love to be told what to do by government, let's see what's accomplished [32:14.820 --> 32:15.820] by R.F.K. [32:15.820 --> 32:21.100] Jr. speaking as the highest-ranking health official in the U.S. government. [32:21.100 --> 32:25.260] Whatever happens cannot be worse than the dramatic decline in the health of the American [32:25.260 --> 32:27.900] people over the last 60 years. [32:27.900 --> 32:32.140] For those of you who want the objective, credible science on how to get and remain incredibly [32:32.140 --> 32:36.540] healthy, this is a great time to get in front of the curve by reading body science. [32:36.540 --> 32:38.700] I practice what I preach. [32:38.700 --> 32:41.940] For the last seven years I have followed everything you'll learn in body science. [32:41.940 --> 32:44.900] And at 65 I'm as healthy as I was at 25. [32:44.900 --> 32:49.500] If you want to keep from getting chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, heart [32:49.500 --> 32:55.100] disease, cancer, kidney disease, Alzheimer's and more, or you've got some of those and [32:55.100 --> 33:00.420] want them gone, read body science and put into action what you learn. [33:00.420 --> 33:03.140] It's that simple. [33:03.140 --> 33:06.420] Another area in which I practice what I preach is the income tax. [33:06.420 --> 33:08.420] I haven't filed or paid in 32 years. [33:08.420 --> 33:12.140] I wrote the best-selling book on the subject and speak about it nationally. [33:12.140 --> 33:13.820] And let me be crystal clear. [33:13.820 --> 33:15.280] This isn't about the money. [33:15.280 --> 33:19.440] It's about the American people being lied to by their own government for at least 60 [33:19.440 --> 33:26.480] years in what is the most successful disinformation campaign in history to convince you to give [33:26.480 --> 33:34.320] the federal government money you do not owe them and never have by keeping you ignorant [33:34.320 --> 33:35.320] and scared. [33:35.320 --> 33:42.820] In short, the government is committing the largest financial crime in world history against [33:42.820 --> 33:44.880] its own citizens. [33:44.880 --> 33:47.140] Can I be blunt with you for a moment? [33:47.140 --> 33:53.240] If you think the government doing that is okay, you are the problem with this country. [33:53.240 --> 33:57.640] But I'm going to give you an opportunity to become someone Thomas Jefferson, George Washington [33:57.640 --> 34:00.400] or John Adams would respect. [34:00.400 --> 34:02.180] And here's the good news. [34:02.180 --> 34:07.020] You don't need to engage in rebellion or even civil disobedience. [34:07.020 --> 34:09.600] You only need to do two things. [34:09.600 --> 34:14.320] Number one, read what the law actually says rather than taking the government's word for [34:14.880 --> 34:15.880] it. [34:15.880 --> 34:16.880] More on that in a moment. [34:16.880 --> 34:24.080] And two, after you know what the law says, follow the law. [34:24.080 --> 34:28.960] So I ask you, can you use someone's up the courage to get informed and follow the law? [34:28.960 --> 34:32.080] Geez, how do you get informed? [34:32.080 --> 34:33.160] There are two ways. [34:33.160 --> 34:36.560] One is to spend years of your life reading income tax law until you understand it backwards [34:36.560 --> 34:37.560] and forwards. [34:37.560 --> 34:42.220] That's how I did it because in the early 90s, when I embarked on my research, no comprehensive [34:42.220 --> 34:46.740] compendium existed to provide pivotal facts and show people how all the moving parts work [34:46.740 --> 34:48.420] together. [34:48.420 --> 34:53.420] In contrast to spending years of your life studying income tax law, you can simply read [34:53.420 --> 35:00.140] income tax shattering the mess, which I published in 2010 and is today the comprehensive compendium [35:00.140 --> 35:03.720] that did not exist when I began my journey. [35:03.720 --> 35:08.100] Because of the arduous way I had to come by my knowledge of income tax, I understood that [35:08.100 --> 35:11.900] virtually no one was going to spend years of their life in law libraries pouring over [35:11.900 --> 35:16.140] thousands of documents in order to understand the truth of the income tax. [35:16.140 --> 35:20.180] If that was how it had to be done, the truth would remain hidden from the American people [35:20.180 --> 35:21.180] forever. [35:21.180 --> 35:26.060] So that my countrymen could learn the truth without having to take the same path I did, [35:26.060 --> 35:28.880] I wrote income tax shattering the mess. [35:28.880 --> 35:34.000] You can learn everything you need to know by reading one book. [35:34.000 --> 35:37.560] After you read income tax shattering the mess, you will be the expert in the room, even if [35:37.560 --> 35:40.880] the room is filled with accountants and lawyers. [35:40.880 --> 35:46.200] Imagine your knowledge being in the top one-tenth of one percent of the population on a topic [35:46.200 --> 35:49.680] simply by reading one book. [35:49.680 --> 35:52.160] Income tax shattering the mess does that for you. [35:52.160 --> 35:54.360] Earlier, I mentioned I'm running a special. [35:54.360 --> 35:58.520] I recently did a video on how U.S. households are going to be affected by the upcoming tariffs. [35:58.520 --> 36:00.880] I'll put a link to that down in the notes. [36:00.880 --> 36:04.640] So that my countrymen, who will be saddled with the tariffs, will have the option to [36:05.120 --> 36:08.640] the truth of the income tax and safely walk away from it. [36:08.640 --> 36:17.080] If you go to my DrReality.News website, DrReality.News, and use the code tariffs at checkout, you'll [36:17.080 --> 36:22.320] get free shipping on any order that contains a copy of income tax shattering the mess.
