I popularize the sentence, the government lies, lies all the time, and [00:07.920 --> 00:13.400] lies even when the truth would serve it well. And I don't know anybody who disagrees with [00:13.400 --> 00:17.280] that, whether they're on the left, whether they're on the right, of course, partisanship [00:17.280 --> 00:20.560] being what it is, people on the left and people on the right, when they look at the government [00:20.560 --> 00:23.400] and they say the government's lying, they're always like this, the government's lying [00:23.400 --> 00:35.760] about that. If you've been following me for any length of time, you know that I wrote [00:35.760 --> 00:42.000] a book on physiology, body science, which is groundbreaking. I really need to stress [00:42.000 --> 00:47.520] that. And I'm not here at this moment trying to sell this book. I'm just saying it's if [00:47.520 --> 00:53.760] you've read a physiology book, or you've read a book that deals with what your body does with [00:53.760 --> 00:57.920] what you put in here and how it breaks it down and where it goes and what it accomplishes and [00:57.920 --> 01:02.160] what it doesn't accomplish and what your body needs, everything from ancient mantis, [01:02.160 --> 01:07.760] nutritional anthropology, if you've read anything like that, bits and parts of it over time, I [01:07.760 --> 01:17.800] assure you this book will blow your mind. It is what should have been taught for the last 30, [01:17.800 --> 01:24.200] 40, 50 years. Well, that is the backdrop. One of my concerns is when the government, [01:24.200 --> 01:28.120] the government lies, lies all the time and lies even when the truth would serve it well, [01:28.120 --> 01:37.760] the government gets involved in science. So this is an example. The largest biomed or biotech [01:37.760 --> 01:45.840] organization in the United States is the National Institutes of Health. It's a government agency. [01:45.840 --> 01:50.600] So the government that lies, lies all the time, lies even when the truth would serve it well, [01:50.600 --> 02:00.040] is in control of the largest biomed entity in the United States. If you agree with me, [02:00.040 --> 02:04.320] the government lies, lies all the time and lies even when the truth would serve it well. Yeah, [02:04.320 --> 02:09.080] so you think that somehow the National Institutes of Health is immune from that. That was just an [02:09.080 --> 02:15.560] example. I now want to talk about the United States Department of Agriculture and the Department [02:15.560 --> 02:21.760] of Health and Human Services. By the way, the National Institutes of Health is an organization [02:21.760 --> 02:26.360] within the Department of Health and Human Services. So we're kind of wrapping this all [02:26.360 --> 02:32.520] together. You may have heard of the government's nutritional guidelines that they've been putting [02:32.520 --> 02:39.480] out, I believe since the 80s, every 10 years. And they have these expert committees that get [02:39.480 --> 02:42.800] together and decide on what the nutritional recommendations for the American people are [02:42.800 --> 02:50.040] going to be. And if you read this, you will find what the government comes out and tells you has [02:50.040 --> 02:58.880] nothing, zero to do with your health. It's all about the financial health of the various segments [02:58.880 --> 03:06.680] of big food. So they're at it again in just a few weeks. They're due to release the condensed down [03:06.680 --> 03:12.780] version that gets put out to the public of the nutritional guidelines for 2020 and the next 10 [03:12.780 --> 03:21.020] years. And yeah, they're at it again. There is an organization called the Nutritional Coalition [03:21.020 --> 03:27.100] run by Nina Teicholz, who is an awesome person. She's a journalist. She wrote The Big Fat Surprise. [03:27.100 --> 03:34.460] She's a hell of a researcher. And she's very, very concerned because she's seen she did the [03:34.460 --> 03:39.940] research as I did on, you know, 30, 40, 50 years of government corruption in science and research. [03:39.940 --> 03:45.140] So she's very concerned as she just looked back over the recommendations and determined that they [03:45.140 --> 03:50.260] were all bunk. She's very concerned that they're about to be bunk again. And I want to read to you [03:50.260 --> 03:56.620] a statement put out by the Nutritional Coalition back in July. And then I'll update you. Our [03:56.620 --> 04:04.500] concerns are the exclusion of large bodies of science, such as all studies on weight loss, [04:05.060 --> 04:13.220] the exclusion of virtually all low carb studies, and the exclusion of all recent studies and reviews [04:13.220 --> 04:22.260] on saturated fat. Also, the USDA continues to use its, quote, black box methodology that does not [04:22.260 --> 04:29.620] explain how its experts are evaluating or grading science, effectively making their reviews unable [04:29.700 --> 04:37.460] to replicate. Replication is a hallmark of good science. This expert report is due out this week. [04:38.100 --> 04:43.540] The report that they mentioned that's due out this week was the full 800 page report. Again, [04:43.540 --> 04:46.900] still maintains the black box philosophy. We're going to tell you what we're going to tell the [04:46.900 --> 04:52.180] public, but we're not going to tell you how we got there. When the government does that, [04:52.180 --> 04:58.420] zero transparency. You know the game is rigged. So here we are just weeks from the public release [04:58.420 --> 05:04.260] of the 2020 federal government nutritional guidelines all the way through from that [05:04.260 --> 05:09.620] particular announcement in July. This is mid-October as I'm talking to you now. [05:10.420 --> 05:17.620] Yeah, they never accepted any of the evidence that they had been encouraged to look at [05:17.620 --> 05:20.980] because it was really important. If you're going to set guidelines, you should know [05:20.980 --> 05:25.540] what's happening in this area concerning evidence, in this area, the evidence, [05:25.540 --> 05:32.500] in that area, the evidence. But the experts impeneled by the USDA and the Health and Human [05:32.500 --> 05:40.740] Services Department, you know what they did for all that evidence? 10 years worth of evidence [05:40.740 --> 05:46.580] produced by rigorous scientific study. And rigorous is a key word here, right? Because [05:46.580 --> 05:50.500] there's a lot of junk science and pseudoscience out there, probably most of it these days. [05:50.580 --> 05:57.300] But this is rigorous science, and they refused to look at any of it produced in the last 10 years. [05:57.300 --> 06:01.780] In other words, as they were formulating what they want to tell the public for the next 10 years, [06:02.420 --> 06:06.980] when people came to them and said, hey man, this is the evidence, this is the data from [06:06.980 --> 06:15.380] rigorous science, all the experts went, la la la la la la la la. You cannot make this shit up. [06:15.940 --> 06:21.620] So why would they do that? Well, they already mentioned it a moment ago. They don't care what [06:21.620 --> 06:26.980] the truth is. They don't care whether you're healthy or whether you drop dead. They just don't [06:26.980 --> 06:32.820] care. Their job, the National Institutes of Health, the Health and Human Services Department, [06:32.820 --> 06:39.140] the USDA and several other agencies, their job is to protect multi-trillion dollar industries. [06:39.780 --> 06:44.420] If you think they're there to protect you, man, you are naive as hell. [06:45.380 --> 06:49.140] So the government lies, lies all the time, lies even when the truth would serve it well, [06:49.140 --> 06:54.100] and it is about to do that again with the nutritional guidelines and nutritional [06:54.100 --> 06:59.140] recommendations for the next 10 years. So why am I saying all this to you? Well, [07:00.180 --> 07:07.140] the last nine months have been pretty interesting, yes? People use science as a touchstone. [07:07.140 --> 07:14.180] In other words, whether somebody is 100% correct scientifically or 100% wrong in terms of what [07:14.180 --> 07:21.140] science says, they use science as a touchstone. I'm right because science, in some cases, [07:21.140 --> 07:26.260] is really valid and the rigorous science we've talked about. On other occasions, it's science [07:26.260 --> 07:33.380] and it's really just junk science. Would it surprise you to learn that the first government [07:33.380 --> 07:41.220] nutritional guidelines or recommendations were issued in 1980? And if you look at a graph of [07:41.220 --> 07:50.100] chronic disease in the United States, here's 1980, and it goes like this, okay? Because people [07:50.100 --> 07:55.300] started following the federal government's nutritional guidelines, which are not there [07:55.940 --> 08:01.220] to make you healthy. It's there to support multi-trillion dollar industries and their revenue. [08:01.220 --> 08:07.700] If you have to die by the millions every year so that those industries can profit and have the [08:07.700 --> 08:12.900] highest possible revenue, USDA, Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, [08:12.900 --> 08:21.220] CDC, they don't care. They exist to protect them. And if you die, none of those agencies care. I [08:21.220 --> 08:26.420] know this is really hard for a lot of people to understand. They so want to trust the government. [08:27.380 --> 08:35.380] Okay. Sorry. This is what it's about. I've got to tell you. If you read this, you will see [08:36.580 --> 08:44.020] 60 years of corruption. You will see the false narrative put out by the government and those [08:44.020 --> 08:48.100] people the government was funding and those people industry was funding, the false narrative. [08:48.900 --> 08:56.340] You'll see what science was actually saying, and then you'll see what science confirmed [08:56.340 --> 09:00.900] down the road, which what it confirmed was, yeah, all this stuff would rise all along, [09:01.940 --> 09:05.220] which should hopefully, if you have a problem, if you really want to believe your government, [09:05.220 --> 09:08.260] hopefully you will read that and say, okay, I really want to believe my government, but [09:09.780 --> 09:14.580] I can't. And why is that important? Okay. With what we've got going on right now, [09:14.580 --> 09:19.860] SARS-CoV-2, here in the United States, a bit more than, as I'm filming this, a bit more than [09:19.860 --> 09:28.020] 200,000 people have died of COVID-19. It's a lot of people, yes? Okay. So chronic disease kills [09:29.140 --> 09:36.980] 1.3 million people it did in 1999. And we don't have the 2020 numbers yet, but they're going to [09:36.980 --> 09:43.460] be as bad or worse. And every single year for the last 40 years, the number of deaths from chronic [09:43.460 --> 09:49.460] disease are going up and up and up. So if it was 1.3 million in 2019, where is this going? [09:49.460 --> 10:00.500] So everybody's like, oh my God, 200,000 people died of COVID-19. And chronic disease, 1.3 million, [10:00.500 --> 10:06.820] probably, I'm going to guess the figures are going to be like 1.6, 1.7 million died in 2020 of chronic [10:06.820 --> 10:16.900] disease. And I think the thing is most important that I want to impart to you is probably 98% of [10:17.700 --> 10:26.820] the chronic disease experienced by the American public is preventable. It is a consequence of [10:26.820 --> 10:32.020] lifestyle. I don't get it. I mean, I want to be honest. I don't get it. I look at people [10:32.020 --> 10:37.380] who are, say, in their mid-50s or 60s and they've got insulin resistance, they've got metabolic [10:37.380 --> 10:40.500] syndrome, or they've got heart disease, or they're type 2 diabetic, what have you. [10:41.780 --> 10:45.220] And I tell them, look, you can make all that go away, and here's how. [10:47.620 --> 10:53.940] And they don't do anything. And I don't get it. I mean, maybe life is so good in the United States [10:53.940 --> 11:00.900] you need something to focus on to feel important. Oh gosh, I'm fighting the good fight against heart [11:00.900 --> 11:09.860] disease. Okay, I'd rather not. But maybe that's all these people have left. I don't know. It's [11:09.860 --> 11:16.740] very, very odd. So I want to share with you that there are two, and only two, like the [11:16.740 --> 11:21.940] Southern and Northern Hemisphere, there are only two forms of fueling the several trillion cells [11:21.940 --> 11:30.260] in your body. That is, one of them is through glucose, dubbed in body science, glucose, [11:31.380 --> 11:37.540] or fatty acids in the form of triglycerides and ketone bodies. By the way, I should tell you, [11:37.540 --> 11:42.740] triglycerides, if you've been listening to your doctor for the last several decades, [11:42.740 --> 11:46.580] you probably think triglycerides are bad. They're not. They're bad when you live in [11:46.580 --> 11:54.020] glucose. They're not bad when you live in ketosis. So I talk to people about this. It's such a vast [11:54.020 --> 11:58.260] topic. I can't address it here. But I talk to people about this in my community, friends, [11:58.260 --> 12:05.940] associates, and I explain the dramatic distinction between the two and the dramatic distinction [12:06.500 --> 12:14.180] in the consequences for people's health. And it is amazing. I don't know what it is, [12:14.260 --> 12:19.060] and I'm kind of looking at this in the terms of the virus that we're dealing with and moving [12:19.060 --> 12:22.500] into the election, right? We were here just a couple weeks. We're going to know who's the new [12:22.500 --> 12:34.580] president. And it seems that people are resistant to anything that wants to move them off of where [12:34.580 --> 12:44.980] they are. Where they are is right and proper and solid and good, even if they're dying, [12:45.700 --> 12:51.860] even if they're riddled with disease. This, let's move over here and fix the problem. [12:51.860 --> 12:58.260] No, right back here. I have to tell you, I absolutely do not get it. But I do want to [12:58.260 --> 13:04.820] tell you this in conclusion. I told you there's the northern and southern hemisphere as far as [13:04.820 --> 13:10.340] how to fuel the cells of your body. You have glucose and ketosis. That's it. There is no third. [13:11.380 --> 13:18.740] And we've all heard about the fountain of youth, right? And I want to tell you that living in [13:18.740 --> 13:23.300] ketosis, not like the keto diet to drop some weight. That's not what I'm talking about. [13:23.860 --> 13:30.100] Living in ketosis is about as close to the fountain of youth as anyone on the planet [13:30.100 --> 13:37.940] Earth is ever going to get. People have to listen. And I tell the people who are super, [13:37.940 --> 13:46.500] super resistant, I think because like the medical community predominated by government money and [13:46.500 --> 13:49.940] government research and the government lies, lies all the time and lies even when the truth is [13:49.940 --> 13:55.460] served it well, because they're not hearing about it. Intentionally, by the way, I talk about this [13:55.460 --> 14:03.700] in body science, that the government is actively suppressing all discussion and research concerning [14:03.700 --> 14:07.620] ketosis. Because once it gets out, it's a genie they cannot put back in the bottle and it will [14:07.620 --> 14:14.820] cost these trillion dollar industries horribly. Once the word actually gets out, if people can [14:14.820 --> 14:19.700] turn the light bulb on, which I got to tell you, I question whether people have the intellect to do [14:19.700 --> 14:25.140] that anymore. But if you have the intellect to do that, I want to encourage you to go to [14:25.140 --> 14:30.420] drreality.news, take a look at body science, you know, put it in the cart, buy it. There's some [14:30.420 --> 14:35.300] other stuff there too and come back, Shattering the Mist and so forth. Everything I have written, [14:36.180 --> 14:45.620] everything I talk about generally, in my life publicly, is about correcting false establishment [14:45.620 --> 14:53.540] narratives. So if you love false establishment narratives that they are comforting to you, [14:54.580 --> 14:58.900] then just get chronic disease, get whatever else and just die. And I don't mean that, [14:58.900 --> 15:04.020] I don't mean that in an insulting way. I don't mean like die. You're killing yourself. [15:05.220 --> 15:10.740] How can I help? I can't. You know, years ago, I had an expression, how may I be of service to you? [15:10.740 --> 15:15.220] If you're the kind of person who wants to commit slow suicide, how may I be of service to you? [15:16.180 --> 15:21.140] But for those of you who are a lot healthier upstairs, I want to encourage you, take a look [15:21.140 --> 15:30.420] at this. Read it. Don't take my word for that. That's in all of my work. Do not take my word for [15:30.420 --> 15:38.660] it. The reason for that is, that's sort of one of the big problems in America, is that if somebody [15:38.660 --> 15:42.660] likes that guy, they take his word for it. If somebody likes that gal, they take her word for [15:43.140 --> 15:48.980] it. They don't look at it objectively for themselves. So I would never encourage you to do [15:48.980 --> 15:53.780] that. I want you to look at my work objectively. When you're done reading it, I want you to go out [15:53.780 --> 15:59.620] and do the research for yourself. I want you to validate that everything I told you is true, [15:59.620 --> 16:05.060] because then you know and you're not taking anyone's word for it. Income tax shattering, [16:05.060 --> 16:10.420] the miss, been out almost 11 years now. Do you know how many people have researched the hell out [16:10.420 --> 16:16.580] of it? A lot, because somebody who's going to make a move and act in accordance with the law, [16:17.140 --> 16:22.980] having read what the law really says, not what the false social narrative, people are, [16:23.540 --> 16:29.540] it is the right thing to do, to double, triple, quadruple check, to make sure that is what the [16:29.540 --> 16:36.660] law says before you act. Now I acted 27 years ago and I'm fine. I haven't filed or paid in 27 years [16:36.660 --> 16:39.860] and there's a lot of people who have followed my path and they've read income tax shattering, [16:39.860 --> 16:45.060] the miss and they've safely walked away from the government scam because they read the law. But [16:45.060 --> 16:50.340] again, this is the same thing as with body science, with ketosis, with physiology, with the law, [16:50.980 --> 16:57.060] all of it. I don't want you to take my word for it, but I do want you to be as free as possible. [16:57.060 --> 17:01.380] Income tax shattering, the miss can help with that. But more importantly than this, [17:02.420 --> 17:08.580] I want you not to die of disease because you couldn't get out of your own way. You couldn't [17:08.580 --> 17:13.220] get out of your own head. You couldn't stop screwing up with this ridiculous government [17:13.220 --> 17:18.020] false narrative. I want you to be healthy. I want you to be happy. I want you to live a long life [17:18.020 --> 17:23.540] and I will tell you that the longer you live in ketosis, you are going to be amazed. I thought [17:23.540 --> 17:27.540] it was just going to be like, okay, boom, I flipped the switch. I'm good. I noticed some good things [17:27.540 --> 17:36.340] and I move on. No, I've been in ketosis for years now. It's gotten better and better and better and [17:36.340 --> 17:40.980] better. As somebody told me recently, they said they are 50 something years old. I forget the [17:40.980 --> 17:45.540] exact age and they said they feel better than they did when they were 30. And I know that he's lived [17:45.540 --> 17:52.340] in ketosis for quite a few years. So I want you to know that there is a cool, better, intelligent, [17:52.340 --> 18:00.660] smart, effective way to live other than believing a government that lies, lies all the time and [18:00.660 --> 18:03.780] lies even when the truth would serve it well.
