[01:46.080 --> 01:53.360]  graph from North Dakota but you'll notice the vertical pink line that is January 18th the date
[01:53.360 --> 02:02.640]  that North Dakota got rid of its statewide mask mandate. So after January 18th no one had to wear
[02:02.640 --> 02:08.880]  a mask in the state of North Dakota based on any statewide mask order. The point I want to draw
[02:08.960 --> 02:18.560]  your attention to is look at the trajectory of the decline of new daily infections.
