[01:17.720 --> 01:23.600]  because that red line, the increase of infections, is based on people moving
[01:23.600 --> 01:28.120]  indoors. They're changing their behavioral pattern, which changes the
[01:28.120 --> 01:33.880]  infection pattern. So why is this important? It's important because it is
[01:33.880 --> 01:39.920]  the part Gavin Newsom cannot control, so new infections are rising. Gavin Newsom
[01:39.920 --> 01:44.240]  can lock down the economy. He can threaten and tell businesses, if you
[01:44.240 --> 01:48.120]  don't do what I say, if you don't remain closed, or if I allow you to open this
[01:48.120 --> 01:51.360]  much and only under these restrictions, if you don't do what I say, I'm gonna
